I want to believe. Yes I know the poster related to Aliens, but for me it applies to ghosts. I want to believe in them and am fascinated by them or rather by the people who have seen them and the takes that follow. This book takes the reader all over Britain and fills them with a little spirit.
As would be expected with a book covering Britain it is filled with shorts tales which jump all over the places. The language in some of the tales is taken straight from accounts at the time and that language is a little long winded and difficult to follow. However, the author's own language flows and engages the reader.
Grab the book, a navigator and your car keys and go hunt the spooks of the British isles.
