A Mother's Prayer and God's Miraculous Answer

Rate this book
We must position ourselves to receive. In any circumstance where a giver is giving, the recipient must position themselves to receive. Spiritually you cannot receive a gift from God unless you position yourself to receive that gift. In fact, if you are not in position, God’s blessing will crush you, it will cause the opposite effect than was intended. Cameron and Caden Sturtz were dying from a rare liver disease until their parents decided to position themselves, to let go and let God take control even if the boys were to lose their lives. This miracle blessing was crushing their family until they were willing to position themselves, which was the hardest decision ever. The Lord asks what you are willing to sacrifice for the harvest He has for you without knowing what it looks like. Remember what He sacrificed for you. In Genesis 32:24-32 there is a story about Jacob that proves the point about positioning.

• Learn how to position yourself to receive the Father’s blessings.
• Discover how to let go and let God control every facet of your life.
• Be blessed by this testimony of God’s miraculous healing power.
• Those who persevere and “overcome” will receive the blessings of the Father!

This book really pulled at my heartstrings. I could completely relate to the mother's struggle. Having two children with a rare disease, she turned to God. Her strength to let go and completely trust in God was so inspiring. Her story, is one that is a testament to God's will and the power of prayer and faith. The story was hard on my heart, but enlightening to my faith. This is a must read.

Marsha Waterbury delivered a wonderful narration. She has an easy to listen to voice. Marsha was able to bring out all of the feels this book has to offer. I look forward to hearing more from Marsha.

Cool, short story of two brothers healed at the same time from what was a multi year, and probably genetics-related, Glycogen Storage Disease that threatened to kill them. The author is their mother who sought their healing those years from both doctors and God. The author is very pentecostal and unashamedly so, but nothing ever went too far off the deep end theologically. Any discomfort I had, especially in light of their eventual healing, could be chalked up to that our God is strange.
