However, her plans change when she recognizes some barely-masked faces from her prep school days, Spencer Day and Oliver Pierpont. Popular and attractive in school, they were among the few who didn't pick on her for being plump, shy, and younger after skipping a few grades. Now Spencer and Oliver are all grown up and more delicious than ever.
When she realizes they're also on the prowl, and they seem to enjoy hunting and playing with their prey together, she deliberately sets herself in their path. Maybe two men will be enough to cure her boredom, at least for a night.

If you’re looking for a short book you can finish in a few hours that’s all smut, then this is the book for you. The book sort of ends on a cliffhanger so I’m guessing this is the first book to a short and steamy series called the circle. One of the guys praises while the other degrades so it’s a nice, heady combination.

Melissande is such a phenomenal heroine: brilliant, wealthy, unapologetically curvy, and utterly bored with high society. Until she walks into that exclusive masked party and everything changes. I loved seeing her step into her power, tired of betrayal and monotony, she decides to play the game on her own terms, and it’s glorious to watch.
Then she spots Spencer and Oliver, her old prep school acquaintances, now devastatingly handsome, wealthy, and unmistakably hunting together. The history between them adds such delicious depth, they were kind to her when no one else was, and now that spark reignites into something far hotter, sharper, and infinitely more dangerous. The tension builds slowly, smoky and electric, as they circle each other, predator and prey, but who is really hunting whom?

This quick read is intriguing. I hope that it is the beginning of a series. Mellisande de Vogue was bored. She went to The Circle for a night of masked pleasure. The anonymity The Circle provided allowed Mellisande to explore all of her desires. Imagine Mellisande's surprise when she notices two guys that she went to school with.
Oliver - and Spencer - are known patrons of The Circle. They usually entertain together. Something is going on with Spencer and it doesn't help that the one woman he wanted did not appear to want him. Spencer is not used to being rejected and does not take it well. Spencer gets even more riled up when he finds Oliver with the mystery woman. Was she waiting for Oliver? Spencer was determined to make this a night "Sandy" will never forget.
Ms. Heart gives readers a night they won't soon forget. The heat that is between Mellisande, Oliver and Spencer is off the charts. I want more of everything. Stories from other people at The Circle. Additional information about Mellisande, Oliver and Spencer. There is something there and I want to know where it going from here.

A hot, fun, well written book. Though the book is a short one, the characters are well written and their interplay is highly entertaining. The author does a good job of pulling you into the character's head space. The dialogues are light hearted and witty. And right form the start the sparks fly between these three characters! If you are looking for a quickly, super steamy book to devour in one go, I would highly recommend this one.
The MC, Mellisande comes across as a spunky, self-aware and highly capable person I would like to be friends with, if only to hear more of her inner dialogue and analysis of people. And the MCs are HOT! Oliver had me softening and almost falling in love while Spencer proved to be the perfect foil to Oliver with his rough-worded, snarky demeanor.
This seems to be first book of a series. While it can be read as a standalone, the ending is open ended and I believe the author is writing a book two. This is my first time reading this author's work but it definitely won't be the last! And I'm already invested in how these three end up getting their HEA.

A hot and spicy, fun read!
Melissande, a successful woman, goes to a billionaire’s private club to escape her boredom, only to realize that it is far more interesting than the business deals. When she learns about an upcoming masked party, she has the perfect plan to put an end to her boredom.
The book is full of passion, pleasure, sensuality, and fun. Melissande, a woman who was once shy and plump, is now more confident, successful, and, interestingly, deliciously alluring for the party. Lovers of erotica will find it exciting to discover who the two men were who cured her boredom—and how they did it.
The best thing about the story is that, even though it is short, it takes good care of the details of the setting. However, I feel it could have been a little more elaborate, shedding some light on the other characters and activities in the club. I would also have liked to know more about Melissande’s personality and appearance.

A steamy billionaire romance filled with masked identities, old acquaintances, and plenty of spice. The exclusive club setting and reunion with familiar faces added an intriguing element to the story, making it an entertaining read.
While the chemistry and heat were there, I found myself wanting a bit more depth beyond the romance, which is why it lands at three stars. If you’re looking for a quick, spicy romance with a touch of mystery and luxury, this one is worth checking out. 🎭❤️🔥

Melissande gets an invitation to a masked event at a club for billionaires. While there, she recognizes 2 familiar faces from her past even though they are masked. An extremely hot but short story. I do look forward to more in the future. A curvy FMC and 2 MMC tell the story from their points of view. I liked it, but I want more, so I hope the next one is soon.

Melissande, recently returned to the States after being gone about 15 years. She's bored and receives and invitation to a Masked Ball at The Circle. She has to submit to health screening. She hopes to shack the boredom at the Ball as it is clothing optional. While there, she hooks up with Spencer and Oliver. This is where the HOT begins - and hot it is. I gave 4 stars because the beginning of the book is like others I have read - but the HOT is worth the reading of this book.

This a MFM quickie. Only one of the three people know who everyone is. Most of the story is comprised of a cat and mouse game between them. When things do pop off, things get dirty. I detracted a star because the words used by the men get repetitive at times.

Loved this quick and steamy novella. Boy was it steamy! I loved how the heroine knew who the 2 masked men were but they had no idea it was the bullied girl who they were nice to in school. A short steamy story. Mellisandra attends a bdsm masked evening, trying to ease her boredom. She recognizes two men who she new in school and ends up giving a false name to them when they decide to play. This book is full of hot steamy moments with the men never knowing who she is. Wow! This story is spicy! The FMC and MMCs are great and I wish this novella was longer. I hope we get more from these characters! I absolutely love this author's writing and cant wait to read more from her! If you love a great spicy story, then this novella is perfect for you!

Who doesn’t love a masked rendezvous
I loved this book! The prose was amazing and as elegant as our FMC, the scenes were top tier, the niche ‘interests’ were steaming and I was heartbroken when it ended that way (yet so excited for a book two)

I enjoyed this story. Definitely more spice than plot, which is not a bad thing. I am kind of curious to see where the series goes. I look forward to reading more.
