Coming from a British colony like the Bahamas, Munroe's insights into a kingdom and it's extended kingdoms/colonies help us understand the relationship between God's kingdom in heaven His desire to expand that kingdom to earth.

If you ever feel that Munroe is too far into the faith movement or dominion theology, that may be true. Just remember that we need to be taught to have faith ... not to wait for it all to happen in the next age. In the "now, not yet" reality it's easy to concede that "not yet" will we all be healed, etc. So emphasizing the need to grow "now" in faith is better than to emphasize the need to sit and watch time go by.

I really loved this book. Honestly, I have to go back and read it again. It really opened my eyes to the way the government of God is set up.

Dr. Munroe does an excellent job on explaining to us the ministry of the Holy Spirit by comparing it to the functions of a governor. Once we can understand, we can then truly appreciate all that God has given us.

Takes a look at the Holy Spirit's role in the Kingdom Government. Dr. Myles Munroe has a unique perspective on this subject in so much as he was raised under the British flag as a colony but later gained their independence. So he knows how a kingdom works.

The author have described the Holy Spirit as the Most Important Person on the Earth, and as in the title of Governor sent from the Heavenly Kingdom. Indeed the author has defined all the attributes and characteristics of the Holy Spirit and how it relates to our growth or walk with the God here in earth. This book presented yet another perspective as to how we view the importance and purpose of the Holy Spirit here and now. Truly it addresses how our needs to receive and accept the Spirit as part of our life to function effectively as true followers of Christ.

Such a fresh and beautiful perspective of the Holy Spirit and the Gospel. It’s also a very easy read because or the language he uses, style and the way he quotes verses and puts the references at the back so it’s easier to read.

Excellent!

This book is an excellent companion to read with your Bible as it helps you understand what man lost when he fell in the Garden of Eden and what Jesus the Christ came to do in His First Coming. If you read it , the Bible will make a whole lot more sense to you

Dr.Monroe is a genius God has blessed his hand to write a book that establishes the Kingdom of God back to the world .Personal favorite of mine because of the reality in this book: everything he says in the book is confirmed in the study of the Bible and theology.Any follower of mine knows that I test every written work by its inspiration . Dr.Monroe passed the test,awesome work of literature .Self government = kingdom government , is the only thing i'm going to tell you from this book. WOW is all I have to say, I could write about this book for days but you have to read it to get the full power of the text.

Great book on the Holy Spirit! The late Myles Munroe was truly a brilliant and insightful author. Clearly he wrote this under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The book separates truth from fiction, clearly explains the gifts and how they are intended to function for the body of believers, highlights the relationship between Father, Son and Holy Spirit with such clarity that even a non-Christian can understand.
The only issue I had with the (kindle version) book is that while the author provides several Bible verse references, the actual reference (bible book, chapter and verse are not mentioned) till the end of the entire book.

An eye opener

I've been looking for a book on the Holy Spirit for a long time and I finally found the perfect book. Dr Munroe goes into a great amount of detail in his explanations. This is not only a great book to read it's a great book to study. I'm looking forward to reading it again.
