I have always believed that Emotional Intelligence is one of the most important life skills, but this book helped me look at it in a far more structured way. What stayed with me was the way the different components of EI were explained—not just as concepts, but through the many ways they manifest in our thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.
I also appreciate the inclusion of practical self-healing exercises and targeted affirmations that make the learning actionable rather than theoretical.

In an age where AI is rapidly changing how we work, this book is a timely reminder that our greatest edge will always be our humanity.

Congratulations, on writing a book that is insightful, practical, and much needed.

An insightful and practical read that beautifully bridges the worlds of Artificial Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence. Dr. Naga Swathi explains why technical skills alone are not enough in today's rapidly changing workplace and provides simple, actionable tools to build self-awareness, resilience, empathy, and confidence. The book is easy to read, relatable, and highly relevant for professionals navigating the AI era. A valuable guide for anyone who wants to stay future-ready while remaining deeply human.
