It seems like they have no other choice....
...but there is always Hope.
Grrrr. I know Lord is undercover and playing a part, but there are times when he is downright cruel to Phoebe. I know he loves her, and she knows he loves her, that he lied when he said he didn't want her, but it is difficult to like him in that moment!
Thankfully when he finishes his undercover stint he does come back and he does grovel to Phoebe, she forgives him quicker than I would, but maybe that shows what a good person she is. The chemistry between them is palpable and when his resistance snaps and he finally claims Phoebe they are very steamy together. I am glad we have eventually got Lord and Phoebe's book, their story has overlapped all the earlier books in the series, so it feels like we have waited forever to finally get their full story. I read this on Kindle Unlimited.

Danger , Secrets , Drama , non stop action, banter , humor , spice , insane chemistry. A storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end and characters you really cannot stop yourself from falling in love with . This is Phoebe and Noah’s story and it was absolutely everything. I loved how they were brought together. I loved how protective and possessive Noah was over her . How he was determined to make her his . Add into that the bit of darkness. I could not have asked for a more perfect story .

Lord has been mentioned in the prior books in Steel Souls MC series. After going undercover in a human trafficking ring his "brothers" were concerned he turned. I've been waiting for Lord 'Noah' and Phoebe's story after meeting at a virgin auction that Lord helped run. I wanted to shake Lord at times even though I understood it was for Phoebe's safety. I'm invested in these short MC lite novellas.

I have been waiting for this story to come out. I was so excited to finally read it. Although this is a stand alone, the background story is a continuation of events an MC goes through to stop a human trafficking ring. Lord is working undercover to protect women who are caught in a bad situation. Phoebe is one of those women, but Lord sees her and falls for her. There is angst and spice to the story. So good! I can't wait for the next installment.

FINALLY!!!! Lord and Phoebe's story. I've been waiting forever! Lord went undercover to tear down an illegal auction house where women are forced to be auctioned off for their virginity. Lord falls for Phoebe and because it's not safe he drops her off at the MC where he feels that she'll be safe. In this book we find out how that all goes down and how the HEA happens.

Phoebe decides she’s going to auction off her innocence in order to help her family. Noah, undercover to help stop these auctions, is instantly attracted to her and ends up “buying” her for himself. He fights his attraction in an attempt to protect Phoebe and sends her to his brother and the MC when stuff goes down. Several months later, when he can finally go back to being himself, Noah intends to win Phoebe back. Short and sweet and spicy.

I loved Phoebe and Noah's story.
This book had a bit of danger, secrets, and some drama. Of course we got some humor and spice too.
When Phoebe show up to auction herself off, thats when Noah decides, she is his.
I love their banter and overall chemistry. I loved their ending!

Forgetting Lord is part of the Steel Souls MC series. This is a fun quick read full of determination, danger, love, heartache and spice!! Fantastic addition to the series. Can’t wait to see what Wynter comes out with next!!
