Stef has created a book that feels less like a traditional self-help guide and more like sitting down with a thoughtful friend who encourages you to listen to your own inner voice. I especially loved the emphasis on curiosity over perfection and the reminder that journaling doesn't have to look a certain way to be meaningful.
What I appreciated most about “Paper Trails” wasn't just the journaling prompts or creative ideas, but the invitation to slow down and “physically, tangibly [engage] with the moments of my day,” (pg 50).
Whether you're new to journaling, struggling to maintain a practice, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this book offers a soft place to begin again. If you're craving permission to explore, reflect, and rediscover yourself one page at a time, you'll find a lot to love here.
This book was beautifully put together! I think most people can relate to this book on some level. In this fast paced life, we often forget the importance of slowing down and taking notice of our own lives. This book is a beautiful guide to help you do just that. I learned new things that I look forward to implementing in my own “everything journal”
