Needed a good edit

The Book was informative and I feel was worthy of 5 stars. It made me sit up and question my own anger and what to do about it. The author did a good job of explaining everything and it should help people. What I found was the poor sentence structure and visible grammar and spelling errors took away from enjoying the lessons to be learned from the author's knowledge of the subject.
