Beer pairing is an extensive book dealing from the beginnings from how the senses work, categorizing the flavor groups and working on the vocabulary. I learned a lot about what flavors will help each other, making the beer and food taste better. The book also gives a lot of examples of beer brands. This is really based on the American market. Living in Belgium I have plenty of choices but not many of the examples from the book. Its a really good book very interesting to learn more about beer.
