This is part 2 of Janelle and Edwin's story.
In book 2 the Mafia side of the story really comes out which I really enjoyed. We meet Edwin's father and step-mother and Edwin's brothers who are with black women too. The women are also very much involved in the Mafia side of the family. The women make decisions and take actions too. I absolutely love that the women are not standing around on the outside but are fully engaged in what is happening with that side of the family.
There are more twists and turns which I won't reveal you need to read the book.
I am really enjoying Sapphire's story telling. Very entertaining and a page turning story.

Ok....I'm all in
Ok...I like this series. It's getting interesting. The jump from book to book leaves you trying to catch up but .....I'm not giving up yet. There were a few typo's , nothing serious. I'll leave my first Al judgment till after the next book

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. The book starts off with Edwin and Janelle heading to Italy to meet his family and for Janelle to help with Edwin's winery. On the way, Edwin reveals a big secret about his family that also involves Janelle's father. This reveal, and Janelle's response, is just the first of many tests that the couple go through while in Italy. These tests expose how little Janelle knows about Edwin and could potentially destroy their fragile relationship.
I liked Janelle and Edwin. They both suffer from insecurities based on issues from their pasts, while at the same time being strong and resilient.
There are lots of references to things that happened in the first book that might be confusing if you haven't read the first book. However, if you are a fan of "mafia" style books, I think you will find Falling for an Alpha Billionaire 2 an enjoyable read.

Very good book!!!
I read book one and knew after I was done with it I had to read book 2. Just like the first installment I wasn't disappointed. This book was drama filled, suspenseful and sexy as all get out. Edwin was going to make Janelle his and make sure she was safe if it was the last thing he did. The readers also gets a closer look at the entire family his brothers Jackson and Waylan and their mates Callie and Emerald. Grandma Fannie his Dad and Duchess. This powerful read will keep you entertained from beginning to end.... Nice job and I can't wait to read the next installment.

Janelle and Edwin go home to meet his family and the drama and secrets are huge. Learning the family secrets Janelle and Edwin open up about their past and families,and Edwin reveals his secret about his mother. Can't wait to see what tricks frannie has up her sleeves or her grandchildren.

Very interesting series. Sapphire has a way of writing that will keep you coming back for more. Janelle and Edwin is as hot as ever. You meet the other family members and discover some secrets. The ending is a "WTH" moment. Can't wait for Part 3.

Keeps you glued!
I kept reading way past my bedtime, I just couldn't put it down. These 2 books had some slow parts, but you never really know what's going to happen on the next page, so I kept on reading. Can't wait for the next one!

Loved this book!!
Filled with strong emotions more drama and violence plus sexy and graphic love scenes. The ending of a cruel women's life. Most of all hidden and shameful secrets..very enjoyable read.☺

Aww suki, suki now, things just got real. Edwin and Janelle reach his property in Italy and the drama ensues first from his mother Adele (I think she may be related to Mommy Dearest). Edwin and Janelle hit a few snags on the way to Italy and just after getting there, but so things are ironed out. Janelle seems not to know that you don't go telling other people's business, she does not know Callie or Waylan like that to be telling Trish their problems. It appears that not only Callie and Waylan are hitting rough waters, but Collier and Duchess too. Collier and Duchess have fought so hard to be together and now that they finally are things are going south and fast. Janelle also learns that all is not want it seems with her father, she has her suspicion about her mother to but we learn that they are nothing like she thinks. After the Duchess and Janelle talk to Callie, she does some soul searching before she loses Waylan for good. Honestly, you can't help but understand how she feels. Thing take an interest turn at Edwin's birthday party and Frannie learns of a potential new threat. Looking forward to reading book three of this series.
On another note the author really needs a good editor or proofreader, word processing application can only go so far and catch so much.

The more information revealed in this story, the more interesting it became. Frannie & Duchess made a good team. Edwin & Janelle's relationship flourished as Edwin told her his innermost secrets. Introduction of new characters & good storyline held my attention. Looking forward to part 3.

This book was good I would like a little more Wylan and Callie. I really like Edwin but Janelle was a bit annoying she needs to face her scars and move on with Edwin. I wish Sapphire wouldn't of put Trisha story in she not part of the Yakuza

Book two was a great follow up to book one. Secrets are revealed, revenge is taken, and there is a ton of hot sex.
