I'm the bestselling author of REUNION, Twisted Vengeance, Creepy and The Indie Author's Guide to the Universe.
I live in Central Indiana with my wife, four children and two stray cats. I obsess over details, dream strange dreams and teach a creative writing course for a homeschool co-op. Look for my upcoming paranormal thriller, Act of Vengeance, coming in late 2011.
I grew up in Saginaw Michigan, moved to Aurora, Ohio in 78' and finally settled in Central Indiana where I met my wife and graduated from Indiana University. I'm an occasional runner, life long drummer, and household handyman. Over the years, I've done everything from working on an assembly line, installing HVAC units, teaching Sunday school, to running my own business. But through it all, I've always loved to write.
In 2006, something finally clicked when I heard the calling to begin writing novels - and write I did. Like many writers, I have a book or two that the world may never read, so don't ask about those. It is my hope, however, that the ones you do read will be good, inspiring you to think about life
I grabbed Reader Giveaways by Jeff Bennington back in 2015. I don’t know if that was before or after I started following his website, The Kindle Book Review. The book is basically an introduction to his website and how he runs the giveaways, which I participate in faithfully. It is a great example of self promotion while also offering the reader a chance to win some wonderful giveaways. Would I buy it? Probably not. But seeing it is free, I say, if you aren’t already following Jeff Bennington’s websites, give it a shot.
I won $500 & this book tells you how you can too! This little book is full of great info. Not to mention introducing us to new authors. I am an avid reader & always enjoy finding new authors who's work I might enjoy. Download this book, check out their site, & follow them on their social media sites to get inside scoop on some great book deals, awesome giveaways, & more!
I have also entered many giveaways over the years winning many different prizes from ebooks, paperbacks (some autographed as well), gift cards, & swag. We can't win every time, but it's definitely worth a shot. ;)
About 2 years ago I was fortunate enough to win a Kindle Fire through a giveaway & I truly thought I could not top that ... UNTIL I received an email from The Kindle Book Review and their co-sponsor, Digital Book Today, on December 22, 2015 informing me I had won A $500 Amazon eGiftcard!!! I didn't see the email until the 23rd & I was freaking out BIG TIME!! What a Christmas blessing!!! I replied immediately, thanked them profusely, & received my eGiftcard via Amazon just a few hours later. I'm still in awe over this!! You should definitely download this book, read the tips, check out the authors, & enter those FREE giveaways!! ;)
And to these authors & their sponsors...THANK YOU thank you THANK YOU once again for the amazing opportunity these giveaways bring us! You guys totally rock!!!!!!!!! <3
Self promoting. Could have said everything in one paragraph. Plus, the website is weird. It tells me to change my profile and then doesn’t provide a link or button to do that. Don’t waste your time.
The links messed up my email they are on a unprotected http address. Use at your own risk. I won't make the same mistake twice. Sorry I trusted it. Thought it was trustworthy with actual links to Amazon giveaways.
This quick read explains how to enter contests and win prizes on the Internet. Trust me, you can win! I won a Kindle Fire through Mr. Bennington's blog and wish I had read this book sooner instead of having to figure it out on my own.
The description was just enough, and took my interest within the first few lines!! Links were great! To find out how much information this booklet has , read and enjoy
This book informs you on readers giveaways, give you the links to do it and tells you about sites you may not even know does giveaways. I for one didn't even know Amazon had the Amzon Book Review Giveaways and stumbled on it accidentally one day while on Amazon. I won a $200.00 Amazon gift card about my 5 time trying. Great surprise too. And couldn't have came at a better time.
This book helps you to find sites, informs you how to enter with rafflecopter (in case out don't no), and fills you in on the basic requirements . I myself being a user of the Amazon Readers Giveaway user get the emails daily to enter so even after I've initially entered you can daily enter for a higher chance to win. You will eventually win. When I won it came as a shock and at first I was thinking it was a third party advertisement that I had to buy three silvers something's, another 3 gold and so fourth which I would just usually delete but then I opened it and Yes I won and I try weekly for that kindle giveaway cause mines about to go after a little over a year and I surpassed my warranty date by 13 days so what a better way to get one then win one and its book will tell you how. So yes I recommend this this if you want to learn how to win prizes on the Amazonkindlereview.com or their sister sites.it's a really sweet guide on doing so.in fact I think I'll go back and click some of those links after this review. Since its only .99¢ at the moment but about to become pernafree then wait it out if our don't want to spend the money but I think it's worth it just for the info. So what are you waiting for click buy now.
I rd receive this book from the author for a honest review .
When I was a kid,in the days of analog phones and before the advent of the Internet, we used to call in to local radio stations to win prizes. If you were lucky, and you timed it just right, you might win a prize. Over the years I've won tickets to Bruce Springsteen (fourth row, bleachers at the old Exhibition Stadium), Duran Duran, a number of tickets to movie premieres, and a chance to win Breakfast in Barbados (I got a free breakfast and witnessed a live broadcast of my favourite radio show out of that one).
In the Internet age, I've come to believe contests to be thinly veiled excuses to get me to subscribe to mailing lists and read a lot of advertisements.
Boy, was I ever wrong.
Having recently won a $400 Amazon gift certificate from The Kindle Book Review, I've learned that one of the best ways to win a contest is to find one that's above board. The Kindle Book Review is one such site. In his book, Reader Giveaways, author Jeff Bennington details the best way to win Amazon products from your Kindle or digital device. The answer is quite simple, really: check out his site, The Kindle Book Review. But that's not all. In his book, Bennington gives tips and addresses for giveaway and sweepstakes sites, in his book as well, and all of them are free.
Post secondary institutions often complain that they can't give away many of their grants and bursaries because people just don't apply. If the same applies to online giveaways and sweepstakes, Reader Giveaways can help its readers clean up.
I was so excited when I received that email that said I won a $100 Amazon gift card from the Kindle Book Review. It's so easy and I open my Kindle Book Review blog everyday to share giveaway info on FB and or Twitter and to see if there is anything new. You like or need a little help with your book buying budget, giveaways are a good way to get some help. Jeff Bennington's book takes a few minutes to read and you are ready, set, go. I just learned of some giveaway links I didn't know...thanks Jeff. You don't have to buy books with your card that's just what I spent mine on, lol. Enjoy the read I did.
I had searched the Amazon site to learn about the give away program
When I read this free book I learned everything about the Amazon give away program. I signed up for the free newsletter (link inside book) to receive alerts for books and signed up for their author newsletter. This book is short, to the point, and a timesaver when you don't need to rifle through Amazon help pages.
This book was very well written. The book is a very quickly read and is very interesting. It provided a wealth of information in a format that is easily understood by readers. The book is about giveaways for readers and I would recommend that all reader take the time to read it.
