A very superficial biography- the author seems to have gleaned most of his material from weekly womens magazines. The sort of information you could probably gain from reading his wikipedia page. - love autobiographies and this was one of the kindle 12 days offers- but could quite happily have missed it!

Michael Ball is a modern stage legend; his amazing acting ability and vocal prowess have earned him millions of endearing fans, more so in the UK than in the United States. Despite not exactly being his target audience, I consider myself a fan of his, as I enjoy listening to most of his songs. This biography collects details of his life and personal quotations from Mr. Ball himself; it tells of his triumphs and his failures, his happy times and his sad times. Some of it was a bit unsettling, but, as a whole, I thought this was a great portrait of the stage actor. If you've mostly only listened to his music, as I have, there's likely plenty here you don't already know!

Genuine pot-boiler - cobbled together from newspaper and magazine articles and TV interviews. There are a couple of errors too.
Unofficial biographies can give us an insight that an official biography or indeed an autobiography don't, but this doesn't even pretend to any original research - waste of time really.
Would never have bought it, but it fell into my hands at work so I gave it a go.

Thoroughly enjoyed this biography.
Michael Ball is one of my favourite singer and this book gave more information about his life.
It was written sensitively and with compassion for all that Michael has been through.

Definitely a book for those who love musical theatre and Michael Ball both as an artist and a person.

Love Michael Ball but didn't finish it. Much prefer autobiographies, hate all the quotes in biographies, found it boring.
