I received Homemade Sausage as part of a Goodreads giveaway.

Compiled by the owners and founders of Nashville's Porter Road Butcher, Homemade Sausage is a how-to on how to create a wide range of sausages, from the stalwart German wursts and classic Anglo-Irish bangers to more ecclectic offerings, including the kimchi sausage. While it's hard to imagine grilling up a bratwurst on a rainy day after Christmas, I'm excited to try these recipes. The photographs, especially the introductory images of how to grind and stuff sausages, are very clear and helpful for the beginner, and the selections they included are a nice selection--from the classic to the cutting edge.
