Ok, didn't teach much

I didn't learn much . This could have been because I have learn about essential oils for human consumption. So , I think you might find something new if you don't have prior experience with them.

Straight to the point

A concise primer on essential oils. Easy to read and understand. There were a few topics where instructions did not go far enough. i.e. Using a particular oil for a tummy rub but it acts as a dewormer; did not make sense.
