I am always looking for motivation and doable ideas for losing weight and improving my health. After all of the recent hype on the Dr. Phil show about this book, I was excited to purchase and read the book. Well, I've read it, and I'm no longer excited...

I really enjoyed this book! I plan to try this and I will let you know on my blog how it works out for me. This book is tailored for anyone who is overweight and is tried of been on the diet roller coaster. This book goes into why we fail on diets and how to over come the barriers that we come up against. Dr. Phil really looked into the things that makes us fail at dieting. It seems fairly easy to follow and I plan to start ASAP! I want to succeed and not fall into any traps. I plan to make it a lifestyle not a diet. Read it for yourself.
