The rejecting of the mate bond for seemingly no reason started to feel stale at first. I did like that Ville's reason was unique, though, and that helped.

I really enjoyed it except for Ville being unfaithful to Braden. That really really bothered me and then for him not to even tell Braden that he did it! Later in the book he punished someone for among other reasons being unfaithful to his mate. Um hello?!?!?! Braden was 100 % faithful the entire time since they met and as much as I liked Ville and the book that totally needed to be addressed.
