Dari dulu suka banget baca cerita mengenai tokoh2 di Alkitab.. Dr Bill Creasy adalah profesor sastra yang menjadikan Alkitab sebagai studi utama-nya, dia menceritakan kitab kejadian ini ayat demi ayat dengan sangat menarik sekali, gak sabar untuk melanjutkan ke kitab berikutnya..

Wow! What an experience. I never thought I would have so thoroughly enjoyed listening to nearly 15 hours of lectures on the Book of Genesis. But don’t be deceived by the word “lectures”. This is a journey in the guise of lectures. I listened to it on Audible.com and am now committed to finishing the entire bible with Dr. Bill Creasy one Book at a time. He also offers a One Year Bible Study option which, of course, covers the entire Bible and for the price of one book. I highly recommend it!

Interesting and Innovative.

Even though I don’t fully agree with some elements of his narrative, I do like his presentational style. He says things (a turn of phrase), that makes you think and makes you pause to consider.

It was an interesting chapter by chapter review of the book of Genesis. I did not agree with everything he said, but anything has to be read, or in this case listened to, carefully. We have to be open to new ideas, but we have to filter these new ideas through what we already believe to be fact. He did a good job of helping his listeners relate this ancient material to the world we now live in. I have started listening to his series on the book of Exodus.
