Quick read

I didn't really learn much. I've been running for years, but an injury waylaid me for almost 2 years. Got back on the streets about a month ago and I have been reading everything I can to stay focused and injury free. Like I said, this was not beneficial for me, but it may be for someone who has never started.

Great reference guide

Great little book for beginners. Use it as a guide & take the advice given, it is sound.
Most of all, enjoy the run.

handy guide for beginners.

This book has a lot of useful tips for beginners and covers lots of different aspects of running and general fitness and healthy choices.
