If making a bride’s dream come true is easy…why is falling in love so hard?
Annie O’Leary’s life ended the day her baby died. But then she moved to Montana and found a purpose, a reason for waking up each morning. There’s something about Bozeman, something about the friends she’s made that keeps her feet firmly anchored to the ground and her heart in one piece.
Dylan Bayliss is an Army veteran and security specialist. He’s lived his life on the edge and paid a higher price than most. He’s about to face his biggest fear and Annie is the only woman he trusts enough to help him.
Annie will do just about anything for anyone, but she doesn’t know if she has the courage to do the one thing that could change her life forever.
LOVING YOU is the second book in The Bridesmaids Club series and can be read as a standalone. Each of Leeanna's series are linked so you can find out what happens to your favorite characters in other books.

I am in love with this couple, Dylan and Annie. They have their own baggage but they were perfect for each other. Dylan's issue was more psychologically rooted in his inability to physically get close to anyone. Public events terrify him as well and those issues stand in the way of him finding his other half. I find the growth between Annie and Dylan was slow and great for their characters needs. By the end, I realized their issues are more complicated to be concluded in the story. Dylan is still going to work on getting better and Annie will still work on her baggage. And that sometimes what means when an end is just a beginning.
This is the second book i have read about aversion to touch. Not sure what that means. I really like the idea of the bridesmaid club and what they do. Giving hearts are always a good read. I struggled with the sex bits, as not my style. Apart from that, a good and thoughtful story. Love how Sally gets the pets placed. A lot of good relationships in the book.
I really enjoyed this one of The Bridesmaids Club books. It is so different from the other ones I read. This one deals with the aftermath of war in Afghanistan and how Annie and Dylan deal with it to become or Not to become a couple. This book has a different kind of romance that has one thinking deep within yourself. It is very very good!
it was ok. I don't think I engaged with the characters as much as previous books in this series. I am more interested in the more open characters and both of these two had too much to hide. The descriptions were a bit two dimensional but I was happy with the story development and the speed it moved (quite quick). It was a short and sweet story in the end
And I read this one and I can't tell you how disappointed . spoiler I've got is they talked a lot about the bridesmaids dresses. The romance was there and gone and a smitching back again
I liked this one a bit more than the first one - okay, probably a "lot" more. Still, I was a little underwhelmed by the ending. I guess I wanted more romantic action than I got. But if you're the type of romance reader who wants no action, then this read would work for you. ;)
I think I've been spoiled by too many steamy NA reads lately...! Still, I love the Dylan character, and his story with Annie. Much approval from this quarter.
One thing I forgot to mention about this book and the previous one were the absurd number of names that end with -y or -ie. I actually started making notes every time a new name ended with one of these, and noted the following across books 1 & 2:
There were some paragraphs where all the -y and -ie action almost sent me crosseyed.
Anyway... a minor niggle there. All in all, they're light and sweet reads with a dash of frustration-inducing rambling about bridesmaids dresses. But Dylan is worth reading about, in my book. No pun intended.
I’ve hovered between giving 3 & 4 stars. Obviously I opted for 3, but why the initial indecision? I loved this story with it gentle, slow moving story. Two people with widely different emotional and psychological issues drawn each to the other. It was a delight to read, but I found it difficult to connect with Annie’s very strong reticence. Her past experience was awful. While her grief was palpable and understandable, she didn’t seem to make any REAL push to get past the awful marriage. Dylan’s PTSD was deep and profound. That Annie was able to help, even just a small part, gave him at least some courage to overcome his trauma. What I found irritating was the back and forth angst they indulged in. Should he/she? Could he/she? Yes! No! It was exasperating and exhausting. At the end it felt like a chapter or two was missing, where they were actually working on being girl/boyfriend. Suddenly we leapt to a gorgeous romantic end, missing the important chapters where they solidified their relationship. Still, despite my 3 stars, I loved this gentle romance and recommend it.
Sweet and gentle friends to lovers story. Annie has been putting her life back together after a divorce, followed by the tragic loss of her baby. She's moved to a new town, has fantastic friends and keeps busy with two part time jobs.
Dylan is recovering from PTSD after suffering torture in Afghanistan. He has some triggers in crowds, can't stand being touched and is generally quiet and watchful.
Dylan decides that Annie is the perfect person to help him conquer his aversion to touch. She is happy to help the handsome and kind Dylan, and they become close friends.
Both MC's have their own issues to work through in this book, but they seem to be well matched and eventually get their HEA.
This is a sweet romance with no descriptive love scenes.
In book 2 of The Bridesmaid Club, we follow Annie and Dylan. Annie is still working at the bakery and the law office. She has a heartbreaking past that she is trying to survive. Dylan was a prisoner of the Taliban, severely tortured, and suffers from PTSD. He has strong feelings for Annie from afar as a bakery customer. He has social anxiety and has panic attacks if he is touched so he believes a relationship is impossible. The friends are still collecting bridesmaid's dresses to donate to women in need. It was a well written story and handled the issues Annie and Dylan had sensitively. I'm glad there are more stories in the series. This is a nice group of friends.
I didn’t like this story as much as the first book. I think it was because I loved Tess and Morgan story so much that I was a little disappointed with this one. I like Dylan a lot, Annie got on my nerves more than a few times. Also Sally and the other gal drove me nuts most of the story. It felt as though I was reading high school drivel. That was probably just me. I’m sure everyone else would’ve enjoyed the antics. I thought it detracted from the story however still worth reading. Merely for Dylan’s story and the rest of the guys in his group.
Best ever love story. Poor Dylan, captured by the tailiban, tortured and kept prisoner for. Period of time. He was released and returned home. He had issues , one being touch. He could not or did not let anyone touch him. He met Annie, she worked in Tess’s cafe. He would sit and watch her for hours. Theirs was a stormy relationship but happiness was found. Enjoy their story.

This was a beautiful written story about a soldier who was captured and tortured and found love with a woman who has her own baggage. Took time to get to know one another and courage to fall in love. Really enjoyed the entire book immensely. Thank you for sharing it with me. Will look for more of your books!!!!!!! Teresa from Wisconsin
I loved the slowness and careful progress of this story. I would recommend this to someone who enjoys stories that take a look at who the characters are and what brings the on this path. I rated this story a perfect score as it shows the development of the people and their journey.
I really enjoy reading this authors books. The place that this story took place is somewhere I would love to live. This story about Annie and Dylan was so interesting and I didn't want it to end. Now I can't wait to read the other three books in this series. Thank you Leeanna Morgan for a wonderful story!
This is one of Leeanna Morgan’s more emotional reads, but I loved Dylan and Annie’s book. Dylan and Annie have both had to endure some unthinkable events. I won’t leave any spoilers, but I will say, when you finish this book, you will love Dylan.
The girls are still running the Bridesmaid Club and finding love. This book focuses on a damaged soldier. Hardship, PTSD, and finally a chance at a happy future. I love these characters and their friendship and support for each other, is truly inspiring.
Your heart goes out to anyone who has been through the trauma of war, being a prisoner and subsequent PTSD. Fortunately for Dylan, Annie can connect and can give him what he needs to stay centered and calm.
What a brilliant read, the friends relationships was great, I loved the repurposing of the bridesmaids dresses. I read Tess’s and Logan’s story and looking forward to reading more. Thank you Leeanna Morgan.
Each book is a joy to read. It's like getting to know each friend more and more. Dylan is such a sweet character. He and Annie have gone through so much. I've enjoyed their discovery of one another.
Book two was just as exciting as book one with more twists, it still bright into book one but in a good way and allowed you to move forward, sometimes to much back story in bits but still a great read. Into the next very quickly
Another great story. I enjoyed the enter action of the main characters, seeing relations continue to grow. And the love story dealt with some deep personal problems. But they worked on those issues and it ended beautifully.
Nice characters, and I loved the Bridesmaids club concept. Overall, it was a sweet story, but I felt it lacked a key interest. The almost drowning was almost there, but the on again off again attitude these two had was annoying
Each book I read of Leeanna Morgan’s is better than the one before. I really enjoyed this one and love how I get to read above other characters from earlier books - they are like old friends.
Really enjoying this series. Dylan and Annie's back story is so sad it is a miracle they found each other. Look forward to next book for Sally and Todd
Enjoyed this romance book. Kept me wanting to know more with every page. The characters are realistic and well developed. Can't wait to read the rest of the series.
At this point I just want to what happens whit the people of the town. I really enjoy the way Leeanna Morgan writes, her books make me feel almost instantly better anytime.
