Well where do I even begin? My version of this book is translated by Ralph Manheim with an introduction by D.C Watt. This is by far one of the most evil books I've read, but it remains necessary reading for those who wish to understand the holocaust. It's hard to believe between 8 and 9 million copies of Mein Kampf have been sold, I found this version in Waterstones. Not everyone will like this book and some people think I'm nuts for reading this book but I've been wanting to read this for a while to try and better understand the mad man. But I strongly believe history in all forms should be remembered and not forgotten no matter what books we read.
I generally don’t review books that I don’t finish. I was reading this for a book club and I just got past chapter 4. To summarize what I read: Adolph Hitler knows more than everyone else. There is a great deal of rambling about politics, about history, about himself. It is not a well written book.
