It's okay....

Meh. It seems to state the obvious. I gave it four stars because I don't want to discourage others who may have difficulties focusing their thoughts from reading it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who already has the ability to rationalize their own thoughts, emotions and opinions. It's not going to help you sharpen that anymore than you already have. I will recommend it if someone has difficulties focusing their thoughts or making seemingly easy conclusions.

Generic and theoretical

I expected an easier read. Instead it’s full of jargon definitions without clear explanations. I found it a bit boring, but not too bad for scanning some useful tips located towards the last two chapters.
