Easy to understand

Very informative for first time vegetarians. I didn't know where to start until I read the book. I haven't tried the recipes yet but they look good

Read in one night!

I have eaten vegetarian before and mostly vegetarian for awhile now and I really liked this book!
Great meal plans and awesome looking recipes!
