Life was pretty straightforward for Cutter, a wolf shifter and an agent for the Supernatural Enforcers Agency – solve cases, attend anger management classes and avoid the attentions of a cute but tenacious hedgehog shifter. That is until his old partner is murdered, and a witness from a former case goes missing. Now, Cutter finds himself the prime suspect and with nowhere else to turn but to the one person he knows won’t betray him.
Curvy hedgehog shifter Lucie has spent a year chasing the commitment phobic wolf, and is she downhearted that he still runs in the opposite direction when he sees her coming? You bet your sweet patootie she isn’t! He may be playing hard to get, but she’ll wear him down yet. But, before she can say nutty fudgkins, Lucie comes home to find her wolf, naked and bleeding all over her couch, and Lucie, in spite of his howling objections, is determined to help him solve his case.
While working shoulder to, uh, shoulder, can Lucie convince him that she’s the right hedgehog for him? And will Cutter finally give in and admit to the feelings that have been dogging him ever since the adorable hedgehog bounced into his life?
Caution! This does contain swearing (there’s a lot of use of the f word!), as well as scenes of a sexual nature with m/f interaction intended for mature readers.
Under the name E A Price I write short novellas about shifters and supernatural beings, with a little bit of romance, a tiny smidge of mystery and a healthy dose of steaminess! I'm self-published on Amazon Kindle, and write in my spare time.

Excellent book. I love the story telling talent of E.A. Price. She manages to combine humor, romance, sexiness, and mystery in such a way that keeps me enthralled from the first word to the end. The first book in the series, was a five star read as well.
P.S.: I never thought hedgehogs could be so adorable!
No...the characters are not complex and the intrigue is not nail-biting, but it is a fun, afternoon read. I found myself laughing out loud at some parts especially when the big bad wolf reaches into the couch to drag out the tiny hedgehog, and stands there yelling at this tiny thing in his hands. I actually pictured it in my head and died laughing.
This is one of those books that is easy going, romantic, and makes you smile.
Loving this series! Book two was even better than book one. Cleaner. Book one desperately needs a re-edit, the story is great and the reason I kept buying. Glad I did. This installment was a fantastic read; well edited, with very few errors. Already bought 3 and 4!
Hedgehog and wolf. I liked these two and the overall story. But, there was a few parts in this book that felt drawn out and were boring. Overall good but the first book was better.
Writing this review after reading the series has only just made me realise that the names are references to James Bond movies, god I'm dense. I really liked Lucie. I enjoyed her positivity and perkiness, and I love different types of shifters so I was a sucker for her once I knew she was a hedgehod. I think that's why I had difficulty with the start of the book. Hurting her for a own good because you aren't good enough for her to this sweet woman, no thank you. It was irritating I-Know-Best kinda shit. The crime plot is still secondary to the romance, but I think it's a bit more fleshed out than the first book. The crime plot is what eventually brings them together which I liked. They introduced a few suspicious new people for suspects, but really if they'd had better communication in the investigation then at least half the investigation would have been solved faster. But I've gotta admit that some things were easier to guess like who the mole was, the red herring was just a bit too interesting. The crime plot just wasn't as interesting as the first book, I think because it was tied too closely to Cutter than being a criminal conspiracy they were just investigating. Would I recommend it? Sure, it was okay. I'd say my preference was the first book over the two.
Cutter is a wolf shifter who is obnoxious, quarrelsome, and runs from a hedgehog shifter named Lucie. He has been running from her for a year and still she stalks him.
While Gunner and Erin are on their honeymoon, Cutter's left in charge of the Alpha team. Couple murders later Cutter is left with a mystery that comes back to haunt him. Somebody shoots him and he's trying to frame him for the murders.
The main characters are unique, sexy and hilarious in a relatable way. Cutter is he's so obnoxious wolf while Lucie is just a sweet cheerful Hedgehog shifters. Whereas Cutter works in violent crimes and Lucie is a nurse, which is weird because shifters don't need doctors or nurses since they can heal themselves. The drama is fast-paced and has the reader on the edge of their seats laughing at some of the scenarios.
This authors noted for her hilarious couples in her stories. I would highly recommend this book and more in the series.
The author does a great job at keeping you in the dark on who the real suspect is until the end. Cutter constantly running was good but his reasons behind it was a bit of a let down. Seemed like he could really care less about Dean as well, I thought that would be the reason behind him running. Not sure if I’ll read the next one now or in a couple months though because they tend to get a bit repetitive.
It took me 3 months to read 68% of this book and can be summed up in a few short sarcastic dot points
* Cutter is an asshole * I want you, but am not man enough to have you, so no one else can have you * I’m been setup, shot and show up on your doorstep, and a year of pushing you away but now I’m going to have you * I hate that you share a bed with your ex-gay-husband so don’t do it…
Great characters chemistry. The storyline is great and is a bit of a mystery with misdirection that you may not pick up in until it nears the end. Fast paced to keep you interested and hot enough to enjoy the more intimate scenes. Great next installment in series.
The Supernatural Enforcers Agency is a police division that specializes in supernatural crime. Wolf shifter, Cutter, has trouble keeping his cool and has been to anger management classes so many times he could teach the class - he just can't pass it. With Gunner on his honeymoon, Cutter is left in charge but between difficult cases, impossible new team mates and losing his temper, it's not long before he's wishing Gunner comes back. When a case from his past returns and all the evidence points to his guilt, Cutter has to turn to the one person who always has his back.
Hedgehog shifter, Lucie, is a nurse with SEA and has been trying to get Cutter to go out with her ever since they met. She won't take no for an answer but she's getting increasingly desperate for the yes. When Cutter is framed, she has her chance and she takes it with wide open arms.
I enjoyed this one. The inner dialogue of Cutter and Lucie was amusing.
Yes, she had to make sure her wolf was okay. After all, if he was wrongly imprisoned or something, it would really put a strain on their future marriage and the dozen or so little hedgehogs they were bound to have. She should probably leave out that part when she spoke to him – she didn’t want him to make a break for Mexico.

Lucie was hilarious. She's absolutely nuts. I loved her logic. Although Cutter's nuts too - just different issues.
“Fuck,” he breathed, on seeing the fist-sized dent he just made in the wall. He moved some cleaning products in front of it and made his way out the closet, making sure no one saw him. Could have been anyone…

Really, they kinda deserved each other. The mystery was interesting but predictable. I liked them working together. The romance was instalove but was offset by the fact they'd both been stalking each other for a whole year and seemed to know all about each other. And I loved Aunt Mae's opinion.
Lucie shook off her own discontent at missing Cutter and plastered a bright smile on her face. Like Aunt Mae always said, ‘when life gives you lemons, just quit your whining and eat your darn lemons.’ Aunt Mae said the oddest things, but she combined a smiley outlook on life with a steely resolve that would make a rhino shifter pause before going up against her.

Overall it was a fun read. Lighthearted paranormal romance suspense with humour and mystery. 3 stars.
Again. LOVED THIS! I can't wait to read the next one.
I loved her and her "curse words" -so cute- and his reaction to them made me laugh. I was so annoyed with them because I wanted him to get his head out of his butt and be with her! This, again, had all the sarcasm and humor that I enjoy and I love that about this writing style. The story was great-although I did call it from the beginning-and I still love the characters. I loved that she was so outright about her feelings for him and didn't hide them like he did. Normally, it's the other way around, but I loved that she was so bold with her feelings for him and didn't shy away from him during certain parts of the book.
And they shift! I have read some shifter books where they are shifters, but they don't shift! I'm over here with my cat and snacks thinking "what the hell!?" So a BIG thank you to the author for them shifting.
One thing I do enjoy with this series is there is a little 'foreplay' with the characters before they get into a relationship. I like that they don't just get right into it, but it takes a few chapters for them to get to know each other then come to depend on each other and then they decide to get together. I love that there is an actual relationship building process in this and not just a "hello. I'm going to get in your pants and keep you forever" "okay".
For Your Paws Only is book two in the Supernatural Enforcers Agency series. I loved book one and was excited to get into Cutter’s head, since he appeared so brash and angry in the first book. This one involved the love story of a wolf shifter and a hedgehog shifter. It was obvious to both they were fated mates, but since Cutter refused Lucie at every turn, there wasn’t a lot she could do except constantly get her heart stamped on. I can’t say I loved the love story in this. Cutter was just an awful guy for a lot of the book and Lucie was a real pushover. She allowed herself to be treated badly and had no idea how to stay angry. Once Cutter opened up (only because he was in trouble and needed her, though) the love story moved along at a much more enjoyable pace. I liked the mystery of the murders and how it linked back to Cutter’s past, as well as the humour sprinkled throughout. Overall a really enjoyable shifter story from Price and a must read for fans of this series.
Total Alpha Wolf with anger management issues, he’s taken the course so many times he knows it better than the trainers. Being chased by a very cute hedgehog shifter who loves pink, smells of blueberries, and has some creative ways of swearing. Her only problem is convincing her Big Bad Wolf that she is the one for her.
Loving this series which started with Polar Bears are forever, however you don’t have to have read the first one to enjoy this one. Of course the ending leads up to book 3, but I really want to know the directors story. A no-nonsense Python shifter – love it!
The best thing for me it that it's not just about one species, but about all different shifter species. Turning into a great series!
I would give this story a rating of 4 1/2 stars. This the reason why. Lucie is a hedgehog shifter that has the host for one of her co workers. She is basically his stalker and no other man will do. Cutter is a wolf shifter with serious anger issues. The man is like liquid nitro, one false move and kah-boom! He treats Lucie like crap. He wants her to stay away from him and he wants guys to stay away from her. Dude needs to make up his mind ! His mood swings can give a person a case of whiplash. Then again they deserve each other. Things get worse for Cutter when he is accused of being a dirty cop and two murders. Running for his life, he turns to the one person that can help him (Lucie aka the stalker
For Your Paws Only..book 2 Supernatural Enforcers Agency by E A Price
RAWR.. I'M RECOMMENDING THAT YOU PICK THIS UP!! I was thoroughly captivated by the characters and the twists and turns in the storyline. He's a total alpha with anger management issues, protective instincts, particularly passionate and being framed. She's adorably persistent, optimistic, sweet, protective and on a mission to land him, since she knows he's her mate. Danger is stalking them and changes views while they come to terms with their relationship. Steamy moments and dangerous situations...what's not to enjoy. So check it out for yourself and enjoy the experience.
I'm a paranormal junkie.. I get a big kick out of the animal parings.. A hedgehog and a wolf.. Elizabeth and Celia Kyle have totally awesome imaginations. Lucie has been hot for a werewolf since she first joined the agency.. Cutter , said werewolf has been avoiding the blueberry scented beauty since he first laid eyes on her. She's his mate, but he's not mate material . When circumstances force Cutter on the run. His wolf knows the only person who can help them. Lucie I'd recommend this to everyone into shifters
Ok Cutter is The boss man next in command at the agency Lucie is one of the nurses at the agency. Cutter can't date his mate not now but she's so cute when flustered. There when you need her. Mine to keep. Another enforcer finds his one must be in the water. Agent Isis makes the grade after they realise they had a traitor in their mix, now what out a cemetery no light, raining,an in the dark who's there? Oh my must be in the water. My forward to see who has Isis's panties in a twist.
Although Lucie just wouldn't quit which at the beginning was a little off putting. However, she really improved after a bit. LOL. Cutter just cracked me up. I love Ms. Price's sense of humor in these books. I laugh out loud. I loved how Lucie cussed lol. Secondary characters are great as always. Isis seems to be next for a story...ha she is a character! Can't wait! Cutter took SOOO long to realize what we all did at the beginning lol. Men are so slow. :)
Wow, what a ride of emotions, with so many twists and turns in this book; you will not be able to put it down? The chemistry of the characters were awesome, the story lines was exciting and interesting. Once I started reading; I couldn't wait until the next day to finish it. The way it ended, it make me think you are writing a book three for,Isis and I am anxiously awaiting for it.
Cutter's book was fantastic. I loved the gruff, hard-ass wolf in the first book and was glad he got his own story. Lucie was the perfect foil for him, with her completely opposite personality. The intrigue was also very well written. I love trying to figure mysteries out before the end, but with this book their were several suspects, and I nearly didn't figure it out before the revealing. I am looking forward to reading Isis' book.
I really enjoy E.A.'s books and she doesn't price them out of reach, with them coming in at $1.00 and they are full-size stories too. She could use a GOOD proof-reader (JMHO) and she would get 5 stars other than that! This is a Paranormal, BBW romance and she DOES write a good story! You can NOT go wrong buying and reading this one or any other her other stories.
