Logan discovered both love and heartbreak at the tender age of seven, when the pretty little blue-eyed girl next door stole his Kit-Kat bar and shared it with the bad boy from across the street. Devastated, Logan found solace by escaping into imaginary worlds he forged with words, creating kingdoms where the chivalrous knight always got the princess.

Twenty three years later Logan spends his days in a suit and tie, working for the government on matters of network security. However his thoughts never strayed too far from the incendiary nature of love — the passionate fire that’s both scintillating and dangerous. Obsessed with exploring the steamy and mysterious side of human nature, Logan continues to create worlds filled with thrills, mystery, and of course, sex.

Shit! Shit! Shit! Logan Patricks did a fantastic job w this book!

This was a great addition to the MS series. I absolutely LOVE the way Logan Patricks' mind works. His writing is perfect for me- mysterious, sexy as hell with the perfect mixture of humor and panty melting sex.
I have enjoyed this series so much and with each book we get deeper and deeper into Shadows fucked up brain washed mind. He has done some evil things, made some fucked choices but OMG I want him to do bad things to my body!
We learn so much in this book. Good guys are bad guys and sometimes you need help from unlikely places.
I absolutely adore all the females so far(except psycho bitch Calisto). They all have a unique strength and "take no shit" attitude.
Oh! and don't forget LINCOLN!! There is something about this man that has me throwing my panties away after his chapter.
Thank you LP for another amazing book BUT PLEASE HURRY THE F UP with the last! I had no idea there would be another book and damn it, I.WANT. IT. NOW!!

Revenant is the third installment in The Midnight Society series. And I must say - the further we get into this story, the more I want.

Logan does a fabulous job of sucking us back into world The Midnight Society and what has become of it.

"So I guess that settles it then? The Midnight Society, version two-point-oh, is a band of unruly, unstable head cases that are too fucked up to be in cahoots with your psychopath sister?"

Aria, Shadow and the other crew of the "The Midnight Society" are trying to take down Calisto and get Logan back. We are taken through quite a few twists and turns on this journey and get to know the other characters a bit more.

I thoroughly enjoy the banter between the characters. It definitely adds to the book. I love that Aria and Shadow are back together, but you can sense that tension is still there, and understandably so. I enjoy how Logan is able to weave a love like theirs into a dark plot and not take away from either their love or the plot - they blend perfectly together.

I am not one to go into details about plots because I hate giving anything away or spoiling things for other readers. But I will tell you the Logan does a wonderful job of weaving together one hell of a great story and never once does the story stall out or become obnoxious. You just have to read to understand what I mean. LOL

"Lady, I've seen and heard some of the crazy things from you when shit's going down. I'm just glad you're on our side. I've got ninety-nine problems but the witch ain't one."

Logan's writing will have you so sucked into the story, that you will find yourself at the end before you realize it. The poor man had to deal with me messaging him a few times with my two cents on what I thought was happening. He's lucky I held back on a few things. HAHA

Once again - great continuation with this story and I can't wait to see what happens in the next book!!

Revenant is third book in the Midnight Society Series. It is a romance mystery book. It is told Aria, Shadow and Lincoln’s POV. The book must be read in order to understand the story. This review might seem vague because Revenant is filled with so many parts that if I say anything I would spoil it for you. Where is the fun in that?

I loved Aria in Semblance. She became whiny and dependent in Penumbra. I’m not saying she didn’t have good reasons. She had A LOT of crap on her plate and I gave her some slack. In this book, we have smart, self-reliant Aria back thankfully. Even though she was not trained like the members of the Midnight Society, she can go toe to toe intellectually with them, which I love.

Shadow didn’t win any points with me in Penumbra. He’s back on his game in Revenant. While he still has his issues, which he is working on, he is proving he loves Aria and will do anything to protect her. I feel he is starting to realize revenge may not be the answer.

Lincoln. Poor Lincoln. I love Lincoln. He started out with a rough start in life. He made something of his self. Yeah, he’s a manwhore. He’s murdered, cheated, stolen, and about every other sin you can imagine to get where he is. But in the end, he is still a nice, honorable guy if he likes you. I hope in the next book he finds his peace.

Beau, Cairo, Reiko, and Isadora are back. I really like Isadora. She proved was bada$$ witch in Penumbra. She continues to prove that you don’t mess with the voodoo queen. We meet a new character, Braydon. He’s hardcore and honest. I really like him and his no nonsense attitude.

The story is steady paced filled with action. There are some unexpected twists and turns. There was one that I was like “NOOOOOOOOOO!” in traditional Logan Patrick’s style. There are one and half chapters, I was thinking WTF! Overall, I like the book. I look forward to the final installment of The Midnight Society.

Revenant is the penultimate book to Logan Patrick’s Midnight Society series. It continues the story of revenge, love, and mystery that is Shadow and Aria’s relationship. This book (and the whole series) has been wonderful to read! I can’t wait for the final book to come out!

Holy smokes! This book, I don't really know what to say. Shadow, Lincoln, Shadow, Lincoln. Ahhhh! It's too much. Which is why I'm not going to bother recapping this book, because if I did it would look something like this... First, this happened. And, and, and, then Shadow ______________ Ahhh! Then Lincoln, oh man, and Aria... Ah, really my mind can't handle it, hence I will leave the recap to the professional.

I have one perfect phrase to sum up this series so far... "One big mind game."

That's what this is, Logan Patricks playing mind games with all of us. Only we are not the unwilling victim, oh no, we strap ourselves in and beg for more.

And more is what he gives us in Revenant. We don't know who to trust, who to love, who to hate... ok, so we all know who to hate but the rest is still up in the air and in a big way. Nothing is ever as it seems in this crazy world that Logan Patricks created, danger lurks everywhere and you never know who is going to stab you in the back. One thing you know is that it is going to happen. Come on, it's a Logan Patricks book. You can always expect someone to get stabbed in the back.

In the dangerous world that Shadow and Aria live in the question is who do I trust? And it is the question that Shadow asks himself everyday. His entire world has been blown to pieces by the one person he thought would always be there for him. Now he's traveling down the proverbial rabbit hole and he won't be able to claw his way out alone.

Oh Shadow! Big, sensitive, strong, fierce, loyal, loving, caring, Shadow. This man. I love this man more and more with every book. Each time Shadow graces the page more about the dark and brooding man is revealed, and I like what I'm seeing.

Then there's Lincoln. Completely misunderstood, understated and a horn dog! Don't even get me started on him. He's a big bag of chocolate dipped lollipops. I'll leave it at that and let you take that as you will. And finally, finally Logan Patricks gives us some insight into the man that is Lincoln. In Revenant more than Lincoln's butt is bared, Logan Patricks splayed his heart and soul on the page, revealing his deepest truths. These were some of my favorite moments in the book. Lincoln has been one of my favorites since the beginning, so I was more than happy to see more of him.

Then there's Aria... the girl who started it all. The girl who clings to everything she has left like a viper. She's all kinds of awesome and no longer just a pianist. Now she is her own force to be reckoned with.

And together... well sort of they fight to not only stay alive, but to protect the secret society started years ago. But when you are dealing with the biggest, sickest, most twisted villain, staying alive and fighting are a lot harder than it sounds and sometimes it makes you question whether or not any part of you will remain when the dust settles.

Logan Patricks has created one of my all time favorite villains with this series. She brings a whole new meaning to the word villain. She is the master of mind games, she is the joker, the Queen, and the Mad Hatter. I bow down to Logan Patricks and his twisted mind.

Revenant is a non-stop ride. There are so many twists and turns that you won't even know which way you're going. But there are moments where you get to slow down and catch... ok more like lose your breath. Revenant is another excellent installment in The Midnight Society and delivered more than its fair share of shocks and awe's and hit me in the heart strings. Yet again I am left gaping at Logan Patricks ability to twist reality.

This is the third installment in the Midnight Society series by Logan Patricks. This series reads like a serial but contains full length novels. Once again, Mr. Patricks knocks it out with intrigue, violence, suspense, voodoo, a witch, hitmen, sex, ghosts, and sibling rivalry. The Midnight Society should never be taken lightly. The Revenants are trying to bully their way into being the top of the food chain. This book continues the story of how Shadow and his tiny remaining Society members plan to squash the rebellion.

I’ll admit to not being very savvy with the whole “who dunnit” genre, so I am not terribly surprised that I didn’t guess the traitor in the midst. Some of you may be better at this. But I think even on a second read through, I wouldn’t see it coming. Masterful storytelling to be able to lead the reader in different directions until the end.

We see a bit of Shadow and Aria trying to build their relationship again. Because of the possibility that Calisto can get in to Shadow’s head, he is reluctant to spend much time with Aria. Shadow is afraid he will hurt Aria and not be able to stop his actions. Not as much romance as the previous books but it does not detract from the story. It was nice to see Aria come into her own and take charge when she needed to. I did enjoy meeting some new secondary characters in this installment. There is also some wonderful banter and humor in this story. The level of fuck-upped-ness within this group of people is only beginning to scratch the surface. I have a feeling by the last novel, things are going to be revealed that will blow the reader away.

I am so happy to have found this author and taken this journey in to the Midnight Society. You will need to read these books in order. The author has recently added new material to the previous books. Be sure to check Semblance and Penumbra first before Revenant.

I absolutely love this series and had been very excited for this instalment!

Following straight on from Penumbra I was intrigued as to how the story would evolve due to the explosive, climatic last chapters of the second book. I was not disappointed in my expectations. There were moments where I gasped out loud and couldn't believe what I was reading (in a good way) and that was what spurred me on to continue reading. Within two evenings I had reached the end and found myself pining for the final instalment, needing to know what was going to happen.

Logan's writing is fantastic and the way in which he portrays the characters emotions and builds them up around the situations they find themselves in is so real you can almost believe that it is based on true events. The psychological side of Shadow is one part I was particularly drawn to, as we, the reader, delve into the deepest, most hidden parts of Shadow's mind. It was fascinating to see a writer digging that deeply and exploring those facets of the mind.

There are a few grammatical errors scattered within the book but only tiny mistakes which don't detract from the story whatsoever.

Filled with intrigue, betrayal, love, hate, anger, confusion amongst a myriad of other emotions, it is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat. I highly recommend this series if you have not read it.

Fascinated by The Midnight Society Family! This one was a little more action packed then what I usually go for, The author shaped and molded a few more characters and their personalities did shine through. This suspenseful mystery took you on quite a ride, fighting through the mess Calisto has made in her evil wake.

We actually got a sneak peek of her twisted selfish mind in this one as she continues her crusade to break, humiliate, and retaliate all her hatred for Logan and Shadow. Yes I did feel a little sum sum for poor Logan to, although it could have been a small stroke, as my devotion is strictly for Shadow Tremaine.

Ah, I wanted the spicy escapades and amorous moments for my loving book couple, Shadow and Aria, alas it did not happen. Instead I devoured some wicked witchy love in a voodoo haze, encountered chilling, spooky and haunting ghosts, and experienced a mindplunk of hitmen warfare!

Thank you Logan Patricks as always my mind has been nicked, knacked, and patty wacked!

I'm trying to like it...

The characters just come across a bit immature. The love scene at the beginning I think is supposed to convey deep love and ownership from shadow to aria, but it comes across as a little cheap and shadow an ahole. I read book two and how shadow basically tossed aria to the side. They were done. She found comfort in Lincoln. So why is shadow all bent out of shape? She should be self loathing and begging aria for forgiveness.

Also, I thought shadow and aria were married...why does he constantly refer to Ariana's his girlfriend! Did I misremember book 2?

Logan Patricks has once again managed to bring us to our knees all wrapped up in the world of the Midnight Society. Aria and Shadow try to work out their relationship while others seem to be doomed as they quit fighting for theirs. All the while they are fighting together to save Lincoln and to search for Callisto to put an end to her evil ways once and for all. There of course are bumps, dips and quite a few twists along the way, but to find them all you must read this literary magic for yourself. I will wait with baited breath for Logan to give us the fourth and final installment of the Midnight Society, I know that how ever it turns out it will be nothing short of amazing.

Mr. Patricks has a way of drawing you into this crazy Midnight Society world that has so many twists and turns. Just when you think you have it figured out, another plot takes place and throws you for a loop. The story flows from one book to the next and how it ends will just have to wait and see. My favorite character is Lincoln. He's the bad boy womanizer who is witty, cunning, but has this soft side you can't help but love. I have enjoyed reading this series and look forward to the next installment.

I loved the third installment of the Midnight Society series. So many twists and turns and surprises; everything I have come to expect in a Logan Patrick’s book. The conversation/banter between the characters feels so real. I laughed out loud when I read “lather up in Nutella”; my favorite line. This one needed a little more editing though. A great book and story; I can’t wait to see where it ends up.
