SOMETHING ABOUT HER
Millionaire Romance
Branden was a young self-made millionaire who had learned early on that love and romance weren't for him, or at least not before he had all of his business goals met and locked. Even then, he figured, it wouldn't be true love, but a simple business arrangement: He would provide the luxurious home, financial comfort and security, while the woman he married would perform the child-bearing and home-making duties. Everyone wins, and there'd be none of that fairy-tale nonsense.

He hadn't taken one factor into account in all these calculations, however, and that was the fact that when Cupid decides to strike, no one can escape! This becomes more than obvious when Branden meets the incredibly flighty, but sweet and delightful, Amy!

I just wanted to slap Amy

From reading the blurb about the book I thought it was going to be a cute little contemporary romance. Boy was I wrong. Amy was a run on sentence on legs. I wanted to crawl into the book, slap her and tell her to shut up. If she had said 'you know' one more time I think I would have screamed. Amy reminded me of a middle school girl at the mall with her friends. And the scene where Brandon sees some ladies at a bar counteracting over one of their husbands checking out on their relationship, what was that about? It made absolutely no sense and had no relevance to the story whatsoever. I can honestly say I will avoid this author in the future. This was probably one of the worst pieces I have ever read (and I read a lot!)

Too short and no depth of characters. Clean and simple.
