It was very informative and I felt like she was talking about me, however, too many vitamins to keep up with. Im sure if you follow her plan it could work.
I stumbled into this book while trying to navigate my health and the greatest mystery of all time for women, what’s going on with my body? I came across Dr Tami’s name numerous times and decided this book would be the first one I’d start with to try to see what I could do to help myself in terms of hormones. There was lots of great information in this book, and delivered perfectly. I felt well informed and educated, and didn’t feel overwhelmed, which can be easy with these types of books. While I did not actively follow the thirty day plan as the book is laid out to be, I have incorporated various bits of this book into my life and I feel I can directly credit the difference to this book. Definitely a book to keep on your shelf to reference back to!
After years of dealing with health issues and seeing multiple doctors without feeling understood or really helped, finding this book has been an answer to prayer. I have never been told I may have hormone deficiencies, but Dr. Meraglia describes my symptoms perfectly. Best of all, she teaches how to naturally treat yourself and heal your body for long-lasting wellness. This book has been a gift of hope for me. Though not a literary masterpiece, I intend to reference it often as I strive for a better quality of life.
Perfect and worth reading for women that deal with stress/fatigue. This is not a book that is just talking science, it connects science to overall wellbeing. Will definitely add to my recommended reads blog section.
FANTASTIC book! I did the audible version, so the reader had an intense and expressive voice that helped keep me focused on what she was saying. It was very insightful on hormones and now I know a bit more on how hormones work in our bodies.
