So good

I loved the characters and storyline of this book. It was fast pace with a great build up for more books to come. I didn't like the ending though because it just dropped off with the expectation that it would continue in the next book. I am ok with books ending with a next book to come, however, it's been three years and there is no next book. In the end of this book it says that the next will be out in summer of fall of 2015. It's 2018, and it seems like the author and book three has disappeared. As long as you go in reading both books with the expectation of no further books then they are really quite good. I hope this author is ok (as she mentioned in her closing she was having a hard time)and will continue her series.
