There is so much packed into this small book which gives Bible based practical advice to “experience a richer life by letting go of the things that confuse, clutter and contaminate” which is the subtitle. Arterburn details seven keys to losing you burdens: surrender, acceptance, confession, responsibility, forgiveness, transformation and preservation.

Letting Go Is Not Easy

Letting go for a while and then returning to the slop that brings you down is easier than letting go to be eternally healed and transformed by the grace and mercy of God so that you can rise above anything that separates you from God. It is difficult BUT it's worth the battle to walk in LOVE 💕

I enjoy Stephen Arterburn's books. This one focuses on the 7 keys to losing your burdens. Each key is examined through Bible verses. The 7 keys are: Surrender, Acceptance, Confession, Responsibility, Forgiveness, Transformation, and Preservation.

This is a short book. I wished the author had discussed more applications under each key discussed.
