That was painful. I am glad I am done, and I will forget about this book right away.
This is my second series from this author, and I enjoyed Pack Saint Clair much more than this book.
I do enjoy bully romances every once in a while, but it still needs to make a minimum of sense. In the case of Forget Me Not, the Pack’s coldness and cruelness towards Delilah is not justified. At all. This Pack seems to have decided that their mission is to take down human trafficking rings, yet when their omega comes home with a victim of the rehabilitation facility, the Pack members are hostile and continue to victimize Delilah for no reason at all! I would have understood caution, or reluctance even, because they didn’t want to get tangled with Delilah, but this bullying and hostility felt forced, simply for the sake of adding drama and angst.
The whole “taking trafficking rings down” aspect of the plot felt flimsy. I kept wondering why Joker infiltrated this facility, where their intel came from, and even what they did with the information they collected from the facility. From the reader’s point of view, they didn’t do much with it, and their whole mission was simply a tool for the author to use to force a meeting between Joker and Delilah and, again, add more angst to the book. I mean, they extracted Joker, but left all the victims behind and went on with their lives… What is the long-term plan here? Didn’t they think about the fact that whoever is running this show will simply do it again somewhere else?
I struggled to connect with Delilah, and I hated the male characters. Her past remains a mystery for the first part of the book, on purpose, and while I liked the intrigue it added to the story, it did make it hard to relate to her or even feel bad for her. The male characters were hard to distinguish from one another, besides their one little quirk. Joker was the only one that stood apart, because he met Delilah first and we spent a lot of time with him. Besides that, though, Siren is the non-binary, Bones is the grumpy mean, big-bad alpha. Then there are Cross and Phantom, but I can’t even explain how they are different from each other… Also, the fact that they have real names but also nicknames got confusing since I couldn’t differentiate them most of the time.
I was glad to read an omegaverse book with a male omega, because there are not a lot of those around. Sadly, though, Joker felt just like any other alpha. He was very protective of Delilah, and took her in without any hesitation, which was nice, but besides that, he didn’t feel that different from the usual alphas. I was hoping for a character more reminiscent of Orion from the Pack Darling duology.
There is a lot of smut, especially in the second half of the book, but it was not the best. It is kinky and explicit, but it does not fit with Delilah’s journey. She has been traumatized by the 6 months she spent at the facility, yet it does not take her long to get all wet for some of the Pack members, and to be all in with spanking and calling him Daddy. I feel that there lacked an emotional connection between Delilah and the other guys, and because of that, the smut felt out of place at times.
One good thing about this book is the LGBTQ+ representation. There is a non-binary member in the Pack, and while they are horrible to Delilah, I did appreciate the way the author added a non-binary character to the Pack. That being said, I also feel that they were put there just so the author could put a checkmark next to the “LGBTQ+” section of her checklist, and move on to the next trope. Their being non-binary didn’t really affect the plot or their relationship with Delilah.

Forget Me Not, book one of the Pack Verndari Duet by Thora Woods, had me hooked from the very first page. I genuinely devoured this in a single sitting.
Pack Verndari offers fantastic LGBT representation, and I especially loved the inclusion of a Non‑Binary character—honestly, they ended up being my favorite in the entire cast. The pack features two Omegas, including Dalilah, who carries a traumatic past. One detail I adored was that the male Omega was actually the most protective of her; it added a refreshing dynamic to the usual Omegaverse roles.
I’m hoping book two dives even deeper into this pack’s history and relationships, because the slow reveals throughout this installment were intriguing. The beginning of the book was especially strong—the plot was thick, atmospheric, and immediately pulled me in. I do wish there had been more detailed descriptions of some of the other characters, though. Joker was the only one I could vividly picture in my mind (and he was fabulous).
This was my first read by Thora Woods, and I can say with certainty that I’ll be picking up the next book. Consider me officially hooked.

Ooof what a fantastic story. This is the type of dark OV I love that is well written and don't see nearly enough. It had trauma, it had a broken Omega, it had slow healing process, it had 3 loving MMCs, and I am here for all the gritty dark shit this story is building up.
My only issues is that I do feel there were some plot issues brushed over, but just hope the next book covers that. And that Siren's behavior towards Delilah has literally 0 excuse. You can be hurt and whatever, but you don't have to be an insensitive cunt and treat a traumatized person like trash. Bones behavior also felt inconsistent. He truly had no reason for how he treated Delilah, and his POV chapters that covered how he felt didn't add up. There was even less of an explanation as to why he was a dick.
Good thing is that these things didn't make me love the book any less. I am definitely going into the next installment with high expectations. Hoping lore stuff is addressed, character continue growing and developing especially Delilah, and the conclusion is a satisfying one.

I honestly cannot believe I didn't read an Omegaverse book before this one. I love reverse harem and why choose, and I disappointed I didn't dive into this trope sooner.
The FMC, Delilah, is in an institution for Omegas. Some traumatic event had caused her to lose her memory. The doctors claim to be rehabilitating her, but it's sus as hell. Enter Joker, one of the MMCs and a true wildcard. He is chaos unlimited, and he decides immediately that Delilah belongs to him. He chooses to possess her to the point of disobeying his bondmates when they come to bust him out of the facility, and the tension is thick when the pack finds out who Joker smuggled.
Enter the rest of the pack: The prime Alpha, Bones, is unhappy about Delilah and makes sure that she is uncomfortable and unwelcome. I get the dominance but damn he was cruel, and I truly hated him for most of book. Poor Delilah seems to have traded one cage for another.
The other Alpha, Phantom, and Beta medic Cross are less harsh and more understanding, and genuinely seem interested in making Drlilah's life less miserable but sat like bumps on logs. It irritated me that they didn't speak up when they saw a woman being mistreated. The same woman who was pulled out of a trafficking facility. Oh and don't get me started on the third Alpha, Siren. They are even more cruel and ruthless. We find out later that they had their reasons, but still it was a dick move. No wonder everyone hates Alphaholes.
My heart absolutely broke when Delilah's background was revealed. The poor thing suffered so much, even before the internment camp from hell. Like literally I cried.
Upon learning about her past, the tone of the book shifts 180 degrees. In true enemies/hate to lovers fashion, they all felt terrible and rushed to make it up to her. The groveling was hard and super satisfying especially the worship 😏. The spicy scenes wrre open door and left nothing to the imagination. As I delightfully learned, Omegaverse means that the whole pack shares. All of them claim Delilah, but they also claim each other. The MM scenes were especially passionate and so full of love. The raw possessiveness was hot as hell. I admit I was a little disappointed that there weren't scenes with multiple partners because that would have taken it next level. Fingers crossed for book 2!
I loved the growth all of the characters had as they learned more about Delilah's past, and the trust/bonds began to form. While they all progressed leaps and bounds, Siren's arc was the most satisfying. I am truly waiting for their f-it moment in the next book especially since the big secret is out.
The ending left me wanting more. I need more of the grumpy Alpha, the charming, Southern Alpha, the secretive Alpha, the empathetic Beta, and the crazy, unhinged Omega as they go scorched earth to protect their girl.

Well written, trash pack members
I will start by saying this is very well written. Unfortunately that means I want to burn a few well written trash pack members.
Lemme save you all some time - Delilah was dead ash treated better in the dang torture hospital. Absolutely atrocious how they treat her, and imo no amount of groveling will atone. They verbally abuse her, and throw her in a tiny spare room with a cot & nothing else. No one even gives her a blanket, she has to dig out a tattered pillow & sheet, moving boxes of their junk into a little space for a nest in the corner. They also treat her as a chore slave while basically ignoring her existence. She is an omega whose entire pack was MURDERED, then spent 6 months getting drugged & tortured at a 'care facility', she is so thin her bones are showing, and the so called pack lead screams at her when she doesn't wake up on time to make breakfast & because she is crying in her sleep. Don't even get me started on Siren. And she didn't do a single thing to deserve this!! She didn't even willingly intrude on them, Joker dragged her along! This book enraged me. I'm mad at Joker too. How you gonna steal her away then let your pack treat her like garbage. His feelings obviously mean **** all if he's letting ANY of that happen. I would be RAGING, even if it was someone I didn't have feelings for. And come to find out that her dead pack wasn't all sunshine & roses either. It takes over half the book for them to treat her any kind of better, and the poor girl is so downtrodden & starved for affection that when she gets even the tiniest crumb of basic decency from them she forgives all - if you want to call it that. She doesn't even actually recognize their behavior as wrong, she's so traumatized (+ she was raised 'traditionally') that she earnestly believes it's fair treatment/warranted because of her behavior, circumstance, etc. And I fully get wanting to not think anymore & using sex/intimacy/play as a form of escape, but boy, oh boy, does it rub me wrong that the very people treating her like garbage are the ones that get to immediately get to 'be' with her, no real apology in sight. And as someone in the BDSM community, it also rubs me wrong that they never tried to check in with her about triggers/limits beforehand. Yes the dom is watching her reactions & corrects the scene when he thinks she's checking out/uncomfortable, but it's honestly not enough, imo. The beta is better at it at least, giving her a safe word. This book isn't hurt/comfort, it's hurt/more hurt/Stockholm syndrome.

From the very first sentence on the first page, you are pulled into the fast paced, wild journey that you’re about to embark on.
The amount of trauma that Delilah has from this absolute dumpster fire of a “man” is unmatched. Following the murder of her pack mates, she is dumped into an omega rehabilitation facility which is sketchy at best and is really a trafficking operation. Lucky her! As if she hadn’t been abused and traumatized enough before then, being actively drugged and abused at the fake looney bin would have had an impact on its own.
At this sketchy as all hell facility, she meets Joker who is the biggest breath of fresh air in the book and adds boatloads of comedic relief throughout. He quickly is taken by Delilah and her gentle, caring demeanour. When it comes time for his mission to come to a close, he springs her with him.
She meets the pack of rogue, ex military services and general outcasts who gradually help her gain back some weight, confidence, happiness and general lust for life again. Things get off to a pretty rocky start with her and Siren and her and Bones, but Cross and Phantom help give her a little bit of some sort of welcome? I wouldn’t call it welcoming necessarily at first but they definitely approach her and are warm and caring towards her.
As the book goes on, we learn more and more about what she has been through and the psychopathic killer and stalker that’s out there chasing after her and the role he had in everything so far. The guy makes some of the worst villains you can think of seem like a snuggly teddy bear.
While we don’t necessarily start out loving all of the members of the new pack she has found herself in, they definitely warm up to her as things progress and they help her heal and she helps them find purpose again. This is by no means a light, fluffy shifter romance. It’s dark, the content is heavy and difficult to read but this was a phenomenal book.
I absolutely whipped through this and it’s one of the best shifter romances I’ve read to date. I’m super invested in what happens to Delilah and her new found family members. Here’s hoping the abusive jerk gets a slow, painful end in the next book.

Forget Me Not is a groundbreaking achievement in dark omegaverse romance, earning every one of its five stars with its relentless suspense and profound emotional depth. As a devoted reader of why-choose, the journey of Delilah Montgomery, an omega battling memory loss while trying to escape a sinister rehabilitation facility, is a masterclass in storytelling.
Delilah Montgomery's plight is heartbreaking. The brutal murder of her bondmates, her forced treatment at Love Wins, and the desperate need to recover memories to catch a serial killer create an atmosphere of constant tension and vulnerability. Her resilience shines through, making her an incredibly compelling FMC. You are completely invested in her struggle against a system designed to manipulate and control omegas.
Pack Verndari is a formidable and fascinating group. Bones, Phantom, Cross, Siren, and Joker each bring unique skills and personalities to their mission to expose Love Wins. Joker's spontaneous decision to not leave Delilah behind is a pivotal moment, instantly deepening the stakes and creating an unexpected new pack dynamic. Their complex pasts and their burgeoning connection with Delilah, despite the dangers, are written with incredible skill and authenticity. The book brilliantly explores how a found family can be forged under the most extreme circumstances.
The plot is a tightly woven tapestry of mystery, danger, and emotional intensity. Forget Me Not keeps you on the edge of your seat, unraveling secrets that threaten to tear not only Delilah but also Pack Verndari apart. It’s a bold, gritty, and exceptionally powerful read that doesn't shy away from its dark themes but uses them to build a truly unforgettable narrative.
Forget Me Not is an absolute masterpiece of dark why-choose romance. It's a gripping, emotionally resonant, and beautifully crafted book that demands to be read. I am utterly consumed by Delilah's story and desperately await Book 2 to see how she and her new pack will face the unraveling darkness!

I went into Forget Me Not almost completely blind, knowing basically nothing except omegaverse and that there was a pack involved, and I’m really glad I did.
Delilah is an omega living at a designation rehabilitation facility called Love Wins with huge gaps in her memory surrounding what happened to her original pack. Enter Joker, another omega who is undercover at the facility and is exactly the kind of character his name suggests. He’s chaotic, inappropriate, hilarious, a little unhinged, and somehow incredibly sweet with Delilah. I loved him almost immediately, and he stayed completely true to that character throughout the book.
But what really worked for me was Pack Verndari as a whole. Bones, Cross, Phantom, Siren, and Joker all feel like individual people with their own relationships and history rather than a collection of characters who exist solely to revolve around the FMC. Their relationships with Delilah develop very differently, too. Some are immediately soft with her, some take time, and one is downright hostile.
There’s a good balance of mystery, trauma, humor, found family, danger, and spice. I especially loved watching Delilah slowly find safety with people who are objectively VERY dangerous themselves.
My biggest issue is actually that Pack Verndari feels significantly more dangerous and intimidating than the villain does. I never really believed Delilah was unsafe once she was with them. It took some of the teeth out of the threat for me because my overwhelming feeling was basically, Sir, you have absolutely no idea whose omega you are messing with.
It does end on a cliffhanger, but thankfully it’s a manageable one. I’m definitely invested enough that I want the next book, especially because I need Delilah to understand that this pack has become her home.
And if these people try to convince themselves she needs to leave once the danger is over? Absolutely not. I will be filing a complaint personally.

LISTEN.
Thora Woods didn't just write this book. She grabbed me by the emotional support hoodie, whispered "trust me," and then proceeded to emotionally fold me like a lawn chair.
This book had me giggling, kicking my feet, clutching my chest, and then staring at the wall contemplating every life decision that led me to believing I was emotionally prepared. (Narrator: She was not.)
The characters? Actual people. Messy, flawed, lovable disasters who somehow crawled into my heart, unpacked their emotional baggage in my living room, and now refuse to leave. The relationships felt genuine, the chemistry was absolutely *criminal*, and every quiet little moment hit just as hard as the big emotional punches.
And don't even get me started on the writing. It flows so effortlessly that suddenly it's 3:17 a.m., your drink is warm, your responsibilities are glaring at you from across the room, and you've convinced yourself that sleep is actually just a social construct. Literally read this entire thing in one night because I couldn't put it down.
This story is packed with heart. It knows exactly when to make you laugh, when to make you ache, and when to absolutely body-slam your feelings into the pavement for funsies. The emotional payoff is so worth every ounce of the journey.
If you're looking for a story with unforgettable characters, beautiful emotional depth, and the kind of romance that worms its way into your soul and sets up permanent residence, do yourself a favor and pick this one up.
Just... maybe don't start it at bedtime unless you're comfortable explaining to your coworkers why you look like you've survived several emotional wars.
Highly, *highly* recommend. Now excuse me while I go stare into the void and think about these characters for the next six to eight business months, and SUFFER until I can get my hands on the second book!

I am relatively new to Omegaverse books, though I've been reading similar for decades. This one actually managed to suck me in right away!
Delilah is damaged: her memory isn't working properly after discovering the brutal murder of her bondmates. She is at a "rehab facility" to try to get her remember who did it. And that's where the FUN begins.
Enter Joker, another Omega who doesn't have the same upbringing or viewpoints she does on their role. He's brash, mouthy, a real "joker". He and his pack are taking down places like this facility for "bad things". So, of course, he's going to take her with him when he leaves. But what about that murderer?
I absolutely loved the character development for Delilah. The detail that went into getting us to understand the trauma, how the pack is reacting to her (and why), and how the story really develops based along the very real lines of trauma was well done! It's obvious the author actually bothered to learn a little psychology before just jumping into the deep end. Something I really appreciate, as someone who has had to deal with traumatized folks.
The story was obviously always going to cross into another book, that was never in question. I do appreciate that it wasn't really hidden. The book ends at a suitable place, not feeling rushed or overly engineered.
If you are looking for a cast of characters that will have you laughing, cursing, rooting for them, wishing they'd jump off a cliff.....It's all in this book. Sometimes in the same character! It's a wonderfully diverse set of personalities, not just carbon copies of each other with different names.
This was a fast read, well worth the time, but also not requiring a lot of brain power...something I can appreciate all too well at the end of a workday! Very much looking forward to the rest of the story!

FORGET ME NOT is the first book in the Pack Verndari Duet, and I honestly can't wait for book 2!
The characters in this story are mostly wanted criminals who are still trying to help the world (and omegas, especially) in whatever way they can. This is how Joker, an omega himself, ends up at the Love Wins Rehab Centre, where he meets Delilah. There is something about this other omega that he won't, or can't, let go of.
Delilah has been in the Centre for six months now, as they try to trigger her memories in every horrible way you can imagine, to find out who killed her pack. When Joker appears, it's the first thing she's had to smile about for a long time, but she worries for him.
When Joker is broken out, he insists on taking Delilah with him, which leads to some of the best scenes in the book. This is an already established pack. Everyone knows where they fit, and then suddenly, without the agreement of everyone, Joker brings someone else in. Each of them has a different reaction, and you learn more about them as the story progresses. It isn't just one big info-dump. I LOVED THIS!!! They had real, understandable reactions to this new omega, even if I didn't like some of them. And Delilah took time to even begin to recover from her ordeal. It wasn't all sweetness and light as soon as she was there, and it really helped make this story something special.
Each of these characters is fantastic in their own way, and I really can't recommend this story highly enough. Bring on Book 2, please! All I will say is... Poor Darla!

I was superexcited to see there was a new Thora Woods book coming and it definitely lived up to expectations! I really enjoyed the characters, but especially Joker. He’s kinda crazy but in a fun way that doesn’t feel try hard, which is my favourite.
I did have a couple things I liked less - for example the spicy scenes with the fMC for me felt out of place, I wasn’t feeling the connection between her and some of the mMC’s she was with yet in that way. I felt like that still needed time to grow, although it was definitely on its way. But I tend to look for emotional connection first so if you’re someone that likes the more physical side of it I think you’ll enjoy it. The mMC’s and Siren’s (who is non-binary) reasons for being pretty horrible to Delilah at first felt a bit flimsy. I would’ve liked to have seen more into their heads and hoped they’d have a bit better reasons for acting the way they did. Also the more practical side of their operations felt a bit weird to me, like it didn’t make much sense why they broke into the facility and they didn’t actively seem to do much with the info/data they collected that we as a reader saw. I would’ve liked for them to have done a bit more when they broke in there, like save some people or burn it down 🤣. Might’ve helped if we’d seen more of the aftermath for the facility because it isn’t mentioned a lot afterwards.
Besides those three points, I really loved it. The pacing was good, there wasn’t a single second I thought the book was dragging, the characters are all enjoyable and I’d love to see them grow more and also closer together. Can’t wait to see more of the pack dynamics and how Delilah fits in there. Superexcited too to see the resolution of their story, some people need to burn (trying not to spoil too much 🤣).

A Dark, Why-Choose Omegaverse Romance
Forget Me Not by Thora Woods
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)
Spice: 🔥🔥🔥🔥 (4/5)
Summary:
After the brutal murder of her alphas, Delilah enters an omega rehabilitation facility to recover memories of their killer. As Pack Verndari begins uncovering the facility’s dark secrets, what starts as a mission for answers quickly becomes something much bigger than any of them expected.
Review:
The book is a dark omegaverse why choose romance that blends mystery, secrets, and found family into a story that kept me invested from beginning to end.
This book definitely had its ups and downs, but the mystery kept me wanting to know what was really happening. I enjoyed slowly uncovering the facility’s secrets alongside the characters, and that suspense carried me through the story.
One of the biggest strengths was the cast. With five MMCs, it’s easy for characters to blend together, but each member of the pack felt like an individual with their own personality, dynamic, and role in the story. I never struggled to tell them apart, which is something I really appreciate in why choose romances.
I also loved the established relationships between the men. If you’re someone who enjoys boyfriends that are boyfriends, this delivers that dynamic while still building Delilah’s connections with the pack.
Overall, this was an enjoyable start to the Pack Verndari Duet. I’m looking forward to seeing where the story goes next and getting more answers to the mysteries that are still unfolding.

This new duet by Thora Woods hits a lot of popular tropes in the genre today, but ultimately for me fell flat.
The initial dislike of Delilah by the pack wasn't explained at all - we have a bunch of renegades who spend their time off the grid trying to take down human trafficking rings, and when their omega brings home a victim, they continue to victimize her for no reason. I can imagine them being a little aloof or cautious, but the outright hostility felt like it was created just for drama's sake.
Everyone's scents were all over the place. Normally in an OV you are either hyper specific or more vague, and here it felt like she was trying to do both, to where I was wondering why they were even there in the first place.
I felt like the sex scenes were rushed and honestly, a little soulless. This suffers from many similar titles where sex becomes something rough and kinky just for its own sake - Delilah has been severely traumatized by her therapy and medical experiences for the past six months, but immediately it's all "call me Daddy" and spanking.
The overly detailed comments on Delilah's body were also off-putting. On the one hand it was almost fetishizing her for being so skinny, a little "wisp," with constant remarks on how they could see her bones. But then after one month she had gained enough back for them to appreciate her curves?
I don't know. I wanted to like this book, but it ultimately was not for me.

Having previously read many of Thora Woods’ books I was excited to read Forget Me Not. Especially as dark omegaverse isn’t something I’ve really seen much of in this authors writing but is a genre I love to read.
From early on Delilah and Joker had me hooked with their relationship. The protectiveness and compassion Joker displays readily for Delilah early on, is not something you often see in dark OV stories but I loved that their relationship starts with a strong bond.
The depth and turmoil Thora writes into her characters is no less present in Forget Me Not. However, with how well each character was written I did feel true disappointment and anger at some of their actions. Siren especially, I was hoping for a lot more development for them in this book, and felt rather bereft with the way their character was left after all was said and done. Bones is another character who I felt was lacking some backstory and understanding, however, as this is book one of the Lack Verndari Duet I do expect more about the history of each character will be added in book two.
Despite my desire for more backstory to help me understand the pack better, i think the emotional rollercoaster this book took me on deserves 5 stars.
I can’t wait for book two in the series and see how this pack changes as more details about the pack come to light.

This was a gripping start that blends dark mystery, suspense, and omegaverse romance into a story that kept me guessing. Delilah's journey is heartbreaking from the start, and the mystery surrounding her missing memories and the secrets hidden inside the rehabilitation facility made it hard to put down.
I did struggle with Pack Verndari in the beginning. I was honestly pretty confused by their dynamic at first, and it pulled me out of the story a little. The way they treated Delilah was pretty awful, and while I'm sure there was a reason behind their behavior that would make more sense as the story unfolded, I would have liked to see a few more glimpses of that underlying motivation or compassion earlier on. Instead, they mostly came across as giant buttheads, which made it harder to connect with them initially.
Overall, this was an engaging read with plenty of tension, emotional moments, and an interesting mystery that leaves me curious to see where the series goes next. If you enjoy darker reverse harem/why choose romances with found family, suspense, and a slow unraveling of secrets, this is definitely worth checking out. I am ready for what's next.

Sometimes I just like the romance to start off with some needless bullying and plenty of trauma. I just really prefer my het-omegaverse to be a toxic and messy as possible, and for the most part, Forget Me Not fit that well.
The characters had a decent building, but still pretty surface level. We got some depth with the FMC, Delilah, but her memories were also heavily fragmented so we didn't get as much as I wanted. The pack love interests were less built up. The reasons for the bullying were not solid, to be honest. I liked the M/NB MCs but Bones had no real reason for being as cruel as he was to start. Siren had a bit more of a real reason but not much if we're to believe they're as smart and observant as we're being told they are. I did like Cross, Phantom, and Joker, but they were being limited in their kindness due to an alpha bark (rude.)
The pacing to this is well done. I do like the progression of the suspense plot alongside the relationships. This ends on a slight cliffhanger but definitely without a happily ever after, or even a happily for now. It was well done, I just wanted more from the character building.

Omg, I got sucked in as soon as I started. I love Joker, Delilah, Phantom & Cross. Bones & Siren have their moments but they aren't my favorite. Joker definitely fits his nickname, he is a big kid, funny, hot & completely unhinged in the best possible ways. Delilah has endured tortured from every angle & still never gave up! Bones & Siren made me so mad I was in tears with how they treated Delilahin the beginning. I wonder when the pack will finally learn why Siren acted the way she did towards Dellilah. Phantom & Cross are like 2 big scary Teddy Bears. I love them. I am so glad the welcome wagon finally rolled out for Delilah and Bones & Siren checked themselves. But a monster from her past wanted her all to himself even though she doesn't want him and has made that clear for way too long for him not to get the hint. But will he catch up to them & get what he wants? Will he hurt her new pack? Or will this group of unhinged misfits finally end his terror on THEIR Delilah? Can't wait for part 2.

This was a different kind of dark omegaverse, and I was here for it with Cinderella/asylum/vigilante justice vibes. This all made for an entertaining read. I was hooked from the start, and it was a page turner for me. The plot is dark and twisty with morally-grey characters.
I loved the LGBTQ+ representation as well as the additional omega being male and a total ball of chaotic bratty sunshine. Joker was by far my favorite character with his witty lines that had me laughing out loud and his protectiveness over Dalilah. The dynamic between these characters was different from many omegaverses, and I really enjoyed how they came together. I'm looking forward to book 2 and seeing how the pack and plot grow further.

This is definitely one of those books that you want to sit and take the time because it's a little bit back and forth but it is so good this author is always been one of my favorites I didn't know she had a new book coming out and I was so excited to see it and I cannot wait for it number two
This book is about Delilah who lost the love of her life because somebody I'm alive them (read the TW!!! ) she was sent to what they like to call a rehabilitation home which really just turned out it was a trafficking ring and it's there she met the first of the people who are going to become very important to her and that would be Joker who is a little bit of a Crazy Town Hot Head and with him it comes with Phantom, Bones, Cross and Siren,
The rest won't you have to just read for yourself but is definitely worth the read and I love that it's a darker more angsty book than she normally puts out

Well! That was a fun story.
Poor Delilah. She was dealing with so much trauma that she ended up in a mental institution. So much underhanded stuff going on in that facility!
Lucky for her, Joker arrived. Joker. Shades of Diesel from Den of Vipers on that one. In a good way. He saw her. Saw what was happening, and although he was there for entirely different reasons, he wasn't going to leave her behind.
Bones and Siren needed to grovel so much more than they did. Especially Bones. Phantom and Cross were just plain yummy. Toss in a twist or two and you've got a delightful read.
It had moments when I doubted I could like some of these characters at all no matter what, but it ended as it should, a HEA.
If you like Omegaverse, give it a try. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I received an ARC of this book and am leaving a voluntary review.
The story started out engaging, and I was interested in seeing how the characters and relationships developed. However, after the FMC was rescued, I found myself confused by the sudden and unexplained mistreatment from some of the MMCs. Although their behaviour toward her changed as the story progressed, the shift felt somewhat rushed and, at times, difficult for me to fully understand, particularly when it came to the physical intimacy. Given the FMC’s history of trauma and her previous experiences with the MMCs, I found some of these developments difficult to reconcile with her circumstances, and I would have appreciated more time and context for these changes to feel more natural.
That said, I finished the book, remain interested in the story and characters, and am open to reading the second half of this duet.

I NEED the next book, like yesterday! Delilah is….Bones just… Joker, Phantom, Cross, Siren…..I don't even know how to express what I'm thinking!
There are glimpses into their various pasts that are intriguing, I have so many questions about them all. I need to know more about what happened to Delilah and to see her strength come out more. I need the rest to find the ******* that did the things and deal with them.
I need to know if it worked and what comes next. I mean, I know it can't work completely otherwise we wouldn't have more story BUT STILL!

I do so love an angsty 'bully' omegaverse book, and this one definitely delivers! It was actually heavier on that aspect than I was expecting going in, but no complaints from me!
I liked that Joker was all in (perhaps, one might say, too in. those people would be wrong) from the get go, and I liked that the others didn't immediately fall into insta-lust/love, or that their reticence wasn't some paltry 'mean for two days before they get over it', it felt earned. Having said that, certain members were absolute dicks about things so... y'know. Their protectiveness kicking into gear somewhat makes up for it.
Very much looking forward to the conclusion in the next book.

She has forgotten the horror...
Delilah’s pack is murdered. She saw who did it, but her mind has locked it away. She’s placed in a rehab facility to help her remember what she saw so the police can clear her of the crime and catch the killer. The Verndari Pack was trying to infiltrate an omega trafficking ring operating out of an omega rehab center. Joker the pack’s omega is “committed” to the facility to scope it out. Now Joker is not a normal omega, he is outrageous! You will pee yourself when you read this book. Will Delilah’s mind heal enough to catch the murder? Will Delilah find a new pack? Will the murder get caught? Your emotions will swing when you read this book!

is a slow-burn romance where the characters initially treat the traumatised heroine with harsh suspicion (a bully-to-lovers trope). The story ends on a massive cliffhanger.
After surviving the murder of her original mates, an amnesiac omega named Delilah is rescued from a sinister rehabilitation facility by Pack Verndari—a group of rough, undercover mercenaries who must hide her while uncovering a serial killer.
romance that blends a high-stakes mystery with an unconventional "why choose" relationship. It is an intense, emotional ride that leans heavily into suspense, psychological healing, and pack politics.

MIND.BLOWN.
Check your trigger warnings ⚠️
I love omegaverse that have badass FMC & MMC, don't get me wrong !
BUT here the mix of a badass omega MMC , a non-binary Alpha , two hot Daddy vibes Alphas and a Beta Sir contrasted with a super traumatized but always sweet and kind omega FMC ?!?!
A FANTASTIC MIX !
I am so so glad I gave this a chance, and so should you !
This cliffhanger wasn't as tragic as I thought it would be but it did not make me want to read the next book any less 🫡😍

I received a free advance copy for review.
While I enjoyed the representation in this book, as well as a different view of the omegaverse style (I’ve not often seen male omegas POV). I feel like parts of the story were rushed which ultimately made me feel quite disconnected from what was happening and my understanding of the characters.
While the cliffhanger makes me want to read book 2 to find out what happens, I ultimately don’t know if I will.
If you’re wanting a fast pace dark romance then this can def be the book for you!

This was the first book I've read by this author and apparently I picked a dark omegaverse story to start off in ;) The world building was great and the characters were well defined. This is a bully romance, though, and I really didn't like how the pack treated Delilah, especially as we got to know about her past and the trauma she's suffered. However, it was a great mix of males that are for her and I'm looking forward to the next book to see how their journey continues to unfold. Good fun!
