This was a very welcomed sequel to the wonderful Sterek fic Nothing Less, which saw Stiles and Derek falling for each other in the aftermath of a traumatic run-in with the alpha pack.

This story picks up where story one left off, with Stiles and Derek newly together and working out how to navigate their relationship, particularly in terms of telling their friends and deciding how best to tell Sheriff Stilinski, who is still in the dark about all things werewolf related.

All the while, the increasing threat of the alpha pack culminates in a tragic event that leaves everyone reeling, especially Stiles.

I loved the tension in this one; it was exciting and (briefly) devastating. The events in the middle of the story had me stressed out of my mind, to the point that I had to skim ahead to see how it ended, fearing the worst, but thankfully, everything turned out just fine, and my nerves recovered before too long.

I loved Stiles and Derek’s relationship progression. They shared plenty of hot and tender scenes together that made my heart all warm and gooey. I also appreciated that there were many more appearances of TW character favourites than in story one, too. I especially loved the role Isaac played here — but no surprises there, as I’ve always been slightly gaga over this guy and often enjoy when he plays a bigger supporting role than most other characters.

Half a decade later, this Sterek duology remains a favourite of mine, and can still be credited as my first real exposure to Keira Andrews — exposure that came well before Andrews was the established and beloved M/M romance author she is today, which is pretty damn cool!

It's a sequel to Nothing Less.
The story starts a little slow with many characters; the focus is on the alpha pack threatening Beacon Hill's werewolves rather than on the brand new relationship of Stiles and Derek.
“I want to go to the cabin this weekend.”
Derek licks his lips. “Okay.” Then his face twitches, like he’s trying not to smile.
“You can be happy. You’re allowed.”
Derek blinks. “I know.”
“It’s like you fight against it on principle sometimes.”

The attack and the rescue scenes are awesome, but the end is wrapped up far too quickly and superficially.
All in all, I have mixed feelings about it.

Read Nothing Less first as this is the continuation showing how Stiles and Derek navigate their new relationship. The emotions run rampant as they center around insecurity, jealousy, lust, loss and hope. Stiles may be young in age but his maturity pretty much cancels Derek's inexperience with relationships in general.

This was still just as affecting and smart as the first - even more so as the stakes are higher as the alpha pack closes in. There's definitely no holds barred on the feels, especially when it comes to the sweet, fervent and sexy exploration between these two on both the physical and emotional level.

Again, another great addition to one's collection. I only wish there was more and isn't that always the case with great fics like these??

The sequel to Nothing Less. Derek and Stiles must deal with the Alpha Pack, their evolving relationship and a suspicious Sheriff.

Despite being emotionally wrought at every turn, this is one sexy fic. I love every page of this fic from the "Monster of the Week" arc, the Sterek arc, the interactions and dialogue between members of the pack and Stiles' exchanges with his father.

And the explicit scenes ... whew, *fans self*. But despite this delicious filth the boys engage in, the fic is packed with so much substance it never loses it's depth and packs enough story to keep everything moving and well paced.

This is a fic by a professional ( and it shows.

Where Nothing Less started out with pain, this started with, for me, pure joy.

After a while, Derek presses his lips to Stiles’s neck. “I should go.”

“Yeah.” But Stiles doesn’t move, and the ridiculous question spills out before he can stop it. “Are you my boyfriend?”

But Derek doesn’t laugh at him. Instead he pulls back just enough and stares at Stiles intently.

“Is that what you want?”

“Uh, yeah. Was that not obvious? Should I be more obvious? I’m usually pretty obvious.”

And then it broke me.

Quite a ride for sure.

4.5 stars Mother FUCKEN swoon! I love that most of this story was focused on Sterek, saving the alpha pack drama for the last quarter or so. So sweet and sad and then happy. Well done!

Loved the first story in this series, but this one genuinely feels as if it was written by someone else - it's clunky, awkward and a little OOC. I did enjoy seeing what started in Nothing Less brought to a conclusion, and I enjoyed the development of pack relationships, but I don't think I'll read another story by this author.

Well, this was a roller-coaster of emotions and events.

I almost teared up while reading this. It was subtle and strong with each character outstanding in their own way. And the final showdown between the pack (+ the Hunters, + the Sheriff) and the Alpha pack was epic.

This is a really good continuation of the story started in Nothing Less. This is a Sterek fanfiction story. For those of you that don't know...Sterek fanfic is based off 2 male characters, Stiles and Derek, from the TV show Teen Wolf. In the show they're both heterosexual but some viewers have fantasized about them together in a m/m relationship and thus Sterek was born. This story was based in the TV show world during the time of the Alpha pack.

This story picks up right where Nothing Less left off. Stiles tells Scott and the rest of the pack about him and Derek now being in a relationship. Things are going good when the Alpha pack makes a move that causes major heartbreak and angst. Thankfully, an unexpected twist brings things back around and things end well and Stiles and Derek get their HEA.

This was a really enjoyable story and I liked the extension of Nothing Less. It was very well written and engaging. Both parts are definitely worth the read for Sterek fans. :D

I read Nothing Less first and rather like that one (a 3.5 I think), and though I enjoyed this one as well, it didn't quite do it for me. I like angst but it was obvious we would get our HEA and I'm glad to say we did. I didn't feel connected to the characters in this one...
