A unique take on a system and regression story.
The system didn't just appear and cause monsters to attack nor was the tutorial anything "average". Instead when the system initiated, it charged exorbitant fees for everything but the air we breathe. If you couldn't pay the vig, even while fighting to survive (hiding out wouldn't work either), your lifeforce went bankrupt.
Interesting concept, but so onerous I'm glad it's over. There's like no way out but feet first.
