I’ll Love You From Until Forever!
The depth and intensity behind the love Andres and Kalliope had for one another from childhood to adulthood is beautiful. He ran into problem after problem and left but not before a vow to return and marry her. Time, pain, and years separated them. They were able to grow and build them into who they needed to be for each other. Upon his return he reminded her of said vow and put in overtime proving she was indeed what and who he needed. Regardless of the number of years that separated them they made it back to each other, still in love and inseparable as before. She forgave him and they healed. He stepped up and made promises and commitments with the biggest of them all being meeting her at the altar.

All the Feels
This was just what I needed, that real, intentional love. Kalli and Andres were definitely made for each other.
I laughed, cried, and may have cursed a few folk out for having the audacity, but I loved this book.
The ending was EVERYTHING!

The story was a quick read. I wasn't always able to see the chemistry between the couple. The ten year gap was a huge gap for me to grasp.

Meet me at the altar
I really enjoyed this second chance, best friends to lovers story from beginning to end. I loved the way these two loved on each other and were there for each other. Their time apart allowed for Drè to grow up and step into the man he was destined to be and get his careers and money up. Had they not had that separation and him not getting into trouble the way he did, I’m not sure how long it would have taken him to realize that he needed to change some things.
The wedding was chefs kiss and I loved it. I love seeing situations where the man is like money is no object and is generous in how he loves and takes care of his woman. I also loved that we got to actually see them living out their happily ever after in this story and see their lives together after they said I do and not just with a brief epilogue.
If you’re a fan of second chance romance and beat friends to lovers, this is a very enjoyable read.

Andrés and Kalliope made a marriage pact ten years ago. They lost touch, but Andrés made it a point to return to town after the ten years were up. Andrés is ready to marry Kalliope on the spot, but she needs more time since she doesn't know the man he has become. The way that they communicated, dated and got to know each other again was enjoyable. Kalliope had always been Andrés peace and that didn't change over the years. I loved how Andrés was all about making her happy as well as making her dreams come true. Kalliope didn't play about Andrés. I cheered her on when she took up for him with his mother about his petty stepdaddy. Everything about the wedding details were perfectly written. Worth my excitement
Kalliope and Andrès story was pure cuteness. Andrès stood on business when he made that promise to Kalliope when he left for California. I just knew something was going to happen and things were going to be harder for them when the time came, but it worked out. My little giddy self was there for every minute.
Now let's talk about the fact that he remembered every little piece of the conversation they ever had and made all her dreams come true. How she spoke up for him when he didn't want to keep talking to a brick wall. That right there was power in love. When the heart is in sync then nothing or no one else has a chance. He got his life together and beat ever odd. Power couple for sure.

So damn good! I’m a sucker for friends-to-lovers and second chance romance and Egypt did not disappoint! Drè held firm on coming back in 10 years for his best friend and did not come to play with Kalli. Having to leave home abruptly when they were teens Drè knew that to get the girl he had to get his life together. Kalli didn’t see it that way, she loved him since they were kids and was not happy about him leaving her and loosing connection with him over the years. But the heart wants what it wants and theirs belonged with each other!

This was a quick read that had me all in my feels. This friends to lovers book depicts that some males do listen, even as a teenager, even when life isn’t going well for them. The MMC stood on business and came back when he said he would and gave the FMC everything she asked for as a teenager. Loved this read!!

Okkk, so we got Neyo at the wedding!!!!
This was a quick, easy friends-to-lovers read that I really enjoyed. Kalliope and Andrès just made sense together. Andrès was patient, intentional, and loved Kalliope through all of her fears, doubts, and heartbreak. The way he showed up for her and never let up was everything.

Magnificent Turnaround
What a magnificent turnaround for Andres. Although he broke Kalli's heart when he left town, he came back as a force to be reckoned with.
I was happy to see that their bond from childhood never went away.
Before all was said and done, they got their amazing happy ending.

Friends to lovers
I love their second chance and the amazing connection they had growing up. That connection made their love so much more powerful. The story pulled you in from the beginning but dragged more towards the end. I wanted her to tell June or whatever her name was off so bad or atleast get her lick bacvk for that pettiness during her firing.

10 Years You Are Mine
This was an exceptional love story. Kalliope and Andres loved each other since 6th grade. Both these people needed to grow up and experience life.
Love has no boundaries, but promises do.
The promise they made came true. Love held on for them to reunite in 10 years.

Love it
Andres and Kalliope were a great couple. I love how they were able to come together after 10 years. They have to go through the rough times. It takes you sometimes walking away and getting yourself together to find your true love.
It was emotional but a great book. I would recommend it

I really love Dre and Kalliope’s relationship from beginning to end….now i don’t like Dre’s mom and i don’t care that she came to the wedding! Husband or not she let that man belittle Dre and chose him over Dre and didn’t take accountability for her part🖕🏽 Kalliope had her man’s back though

I liked the friends to lovers troupe. Andres and Kalli had an unusual pact. However, they were each other's peace and proceeded how they chose.
Not a bad read, but it just didn't sit with me, and give me those love vibes. I've read other stories by this author that I feel are far better.

I loved Dre and Kalli. I loved reading about the evolution of their relationship. Friends to lovers is always one of my favorite book tropes! Well done!
