Not his best work, but good nonetheless. This audio is a presentation he gave, and I'm not sure the setting, but I didn't feel that it's applicable to a wide range of businesses. If there is one lesson I learned from listening to this audio, it's that I can be more bold with people who seek out my advice or counsel on my product or services. It's a good book!
(Audiobook) I got a lot out of this little gem. The number one thing in selling is always take the customers' opinion as a complaint and offer them opportunities & solutions instead of accepting a refusal.
Felt it was a nice viewpoint how a driver personality operates, although the author doesn't say that specifically, just from the audiobook could tell by tone of voice, speed and the words he used.
Grants infectious enthusiasm gives great examples of how to think differently to communicate better. I gleaned quite a bit from this and technically I'm not even in sales.
