Try Drinking Water

It’s been three years since Tollie’s husband died. Three years since she’s found anyone attractive. That is, until she finds herself pressed up against a wall by a blue-eyed stranger that has her pulse racing. Sparks fly in the Nashville dive bar and what started off as a one-night stand, quickly feels too real. Tollie leaves her stranger’s room a sobbing mess.

It’s fine, everything is fine, it’s not like she will ever run into him again.

Until a year later, when she gets report from the day shift nurse and walks in her patient’s room… only to find her blue-eyed stranger staring back at her.

A spicy romance that is equal parts funny, devastating and hopeful.

Did this book make me love and appreciate my "Entourage" more than I even did before? Yes!

Did it make me want to rip my husbands shirt off? Also, Yes!

This was such a heartwarming story, of love, loss and living in the in between. Of showing up in sisterhood when things are messy, loving while still healing, and experiencing joy and sadness at the same time.

All the characters are so relatable and make you think of different people in your own life. You can't help but connect with them and be invested in their stories! I am so excited for the next book to come out, there are so many stories still to tell with the depths of these characters!!!

Try Drinking Water is one of the best books I’ve read in years. The spice is top-tier, but what really makes this book shine is the story. I instantly fell in love with the main characters, and their chemistry felt authentic from the very beginning. It was one of those books that was nearly impossible to put down.

The story is fun, flirty, and lighthearted at times, reminding me of carefree nights dancing the night away in Nashville, while also capturing the excitement and depth of falling into a new love. The perfect balance of romance, humor, and heart kept me hooked until the very last page. I can’t wait for the next book to be released!

Took me a little bit to get thru (I hate moving) . I laughed at some of the remarks that were said in the one liners and Can remember some of them from the past 3 years. The mower part not once but twice this brought up... flash back....
the 4 friends that have this awesome relationship. The high the lows and there are some lows. Tollie and Wes are made for each other She just has to figure it out. Book 1 well written and I have to say book 2 (I have heard bits in piece from the author herself) I am looking forward to reading it.
Love that she is also my friend. Miranda A+++ Love ya girl!!

Getting to read Tollies story was such a treat and has sat with me well after I read the last page. Her loss, grief, and the road to healing with her Entourage is truly so authentic you can’t help but to feel it for yourself. Their friendship is genuine and honestly hilarious. The banter is top notch.
Now Tollie and Wes.. where to start. They were so real and raw to the point you could feel their chemistry. Their love. They had work to do on themselves. Wes pushed Tollie to face her grief and watching it unfold I could feel that heart break.
