He lives to make fun of me, to tease me, to play his stupid pranks on me. Giles, the boy with the surfer good looks, went from being my long-distance heartthrob, to the subject of my every fantasy the moment he moved into my house and started sleeping down the hall. Watching Giles strut his stuff, gain his fame, become class president and the star of the lacrosse team, that didn't bother me. But watching the sexy and popular girls lining up to be his next score - that was hard to take. I died a little every time I saw him preening next to his latest girl-of-the-week, or giving her tongue in the quad, or making out in his car, or going farther, downstairs on our living room couch. I wanted to be the one he kissed. I wanted to be the one he pressed against the cushions.

I love every book that Ms Bother writes. I saw this one and it wasn't on my radar. I gave it a shot and loved it. If you like her other books, try this one too.
It wasn't a bad story it was just a quick story. I really didn't find a storyline throughout the book except that they are step-siblings and that they were attracted to one another. It was more like Cherise was sitting with you and telling you her story of her and her stepbrother without giving you the juicy details.
Okay for a quick wham-bam! read. Read it in under 2 hours.
This novella was not what I expected it to be being that it's a Stephanie Brother's book. There just seem to be something missing in the book. I did not like the story line. The characters were good, but over all this was not a Good Read for me.
A short read that passed an hour but I was disappointed the storyline wasn't more in depth. This is a good first draft but I just wanted more from the characters.
