I've read worse but...

this was shit. the mmc was gross (and lowkey stupid wym he thought she was Russian and then could later see she's clearly hispanic) and overall it was an awful experience.

Irina was never meant to lead the bratva, but when her husband died, he left the decision to her. Her children always thought it had been decided the oldest would take over. Irina had other ideas, for years her eldest was engaged but never married. She wanted grandchildren to continue the family line. So, she decides to change the rules. To be the next leader it was simple marry and produce an heir.
Nikolai thinks it’s easy, kidnap his brother’s fiancé, marry her before he does and he wins, however he takes the wrong person. However, even knowing so he decides to go through with the marriage, offering her money that she takes but he knows she will never be leaving the marriage.
Irina never thought trying on some clothes from the mansion she cleans would end up with her being kidnapped and being told she was getting married. She doesn’t want to so asks a ridiculous amount of money that Nikolai agrees to. The problem is she’s starting to get feelings for him and wonders if it’s Stockholm syndrome.
Nikolai thinks he wins he was wedded first, but with other books following each brother you won’t know who does till I assume the end. This was a quick read, although the couple ended up with a HEA you don’t know the full outcome until all the books are read.

As much as I wanted to love this story, it ended up being a more love hate feeling. We have a Bratva family who just lost the father and leader, now it's time to find out who the next person in charge is, but the father has left it up to the mother. The mother has decided to use this to get grandchildren and coerce her sons into relationships. whichever of the four gets legitimately married, and spouse pregnant first becomes the heir. However, mama has to approve of the relationship as well.
Nikolai thinks he's kidnapping his brother's arranged fiancé, instead he kidnaps the house cleaner who was playing dress up in the closet.
it's not a horrible story overall, my biggest issue with it, is she doesnt ask enough questions before agreeing to marry him, not a fan of the mom, and I feel his I love you is a little fast...other than that, not a horrible story just not one I plan on rereading.

Stolen Bride had me hooked from the very first chapter. The kidnapping premise immediately creates tension, and the chemistry between the main characters is intense from start to finish. The hero is possessive, ruthless, and morally gray, while the heroine is strong enough to challenge him, making their relationship all the more compelling.

The story is packed with suspense, emotional twists, dangerous family dynamics, and plenty of steamy moments. I especially enjoyed how the characters developed as secrets were revealed and loyalties were tested. Even when I didn’t agree with every decision, I couldn’t stop turning the pages to see what would happen next.

Book 1 of Ruthless Bratva Heirs. And a FANtastic start it is! Look forward to more from this world.

'Now she’s tied up, furious, and trapped with a man who fully intends to marry her whether she agrees… or not.
She refuses to play along.
He doesn’t care.
Because in the Orlov family, love is possession, power is everything—and Nikolai has no intention of losing.'

The characters were very appealing and complex and compelling and complicated and absolutely perfect together. Plot was intriguing and intense and well paced. World building was excellent and expertly drawn. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend!

Grab a copy, kick back and enjoy the read!.

Irina Orlov has just lost her husband, and he left up to her which of their sons would rule the family. The first son to marry, to a bride of her approval, and have a son would win it all. Nikolai barely listens to everything his mother says before he is out the door. He plans to kidnap his brother’s fiancé, Alisa, but grabs the woman cleaning the house. Even though he grabbed the wrong one, he is determined to marry her. This is steamy and fast paced and looking forward the other brother’s stories.

This book was absolutely intense in the best way possible. Suspenseful, chaotic, darkly romantic. Nikolai and Sierra's relationship dymanic is charming. Although, Nikolai accidently kidnapped Sierra, she willingly entered the fake relationship that would've financially secured her future. Vegas sealing the deal, a hidden love at first encounter was manifesting and it was nothing they were able to ignore. A Excellent HEA...with a will rounded epilogue of their future and family dymanic.

Extremely fast read and completely almost unbelievable. Yeah so, some people do have the personality that would maybe do this like the FMC does. Also the SX scene straight from being innocent and boom, right off, hardcore in all holes in you get catch my drift. Not that is wasn't interesting it was but no. It needed more or at least something to make it worth it. I did like that characters so far but it felt like eating the chocolate shell off a ice cream cone and throwing away the actual ice cream and the cone to me.

Great spicy novella

This was a great little novella. The banter was funny. The spice was definitely spicy. I actually liked that Sierra decided to just go for it and not overthink everything she e
ver wanted just falling into her lap, even if it seemed a little crazy. Nik makes a misstep or 17 😂, but he figures it out eventually. He's endearing in his own way. Looking forward to Rion's story now!

This book was more novella length but it was hard to get through. The story didn't feel like it flowed well. Like after everything he puts her through, he cries a little, and she immediately melts. Idk it was a little unbelievable that she fell so quickly because he didn't really soften towards her and he even said at one point how everything basically was going his way so he was happy and I just kept thinking, what about her? I guess for me it was lacking the emotional connection

This story starts with a matchmaking mother and four sons who want to rule. It had a good premise and could have been so much better. Unfortunately, it was disjointed, rushed, and devoid of emotion or the business side. I actually related to the sister who was a minor character. This is the first book in a series of mafia books. It has a matchmaking mother of four young men all who want to have the top position. The youngest has an idea how to do that. It has a good plot some spicy time. The characters are good. The story warmed up and began to connect with me as a reader. It was good and i enjoyed it

So disappointing

This book could have been decent even for an instant love. However it's so ridiculously unbelievable the MF and MC are just stupid acting. I don't know where the author comes up with dark it's more like a comedy. I couldn't even finish it and I won't be reading anymore from this series.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I liked this unusual way to get married by Nikolai and Sierra. Despite the way they meet, they fall in love. I think Sierra will handle being in the Bratva just fine.

This was a good, quick read. It made me wonder what I would do if I were in the FMC's position.

It was an okay read, but not one I will remember..

It all felt just so rushed, I get it it's because of the pressure, but still..

Heart pounding

Way to short for such an interesting story. But it has more tales to tell, can't wait. I can't imagine the bratva having such dynamic marriages.

This is a Mafia Romance, and this is the first book in the Ruthless Bratva Heirs series. I found I did not connect to the characters, and I felt the story was weirdly done. I wanted the characters to talk to each other more. I felt the story moved too fast. I just wanted more from this book. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.
