Ten longtime friends take a trip to Hawaii as a way to stay connected as the years go by, but one soon turns up missing and then found deceased. Detective Santos has the task of uncovering the lies to determine who killed Rachel. Was it one of the friends or possibly someone else in this Hawaiin paradise?
This novel starts out fast and never lets up. The story is incredibly well written and the plot holds up so well. It’s not one of those novels that wraps up too quickly like the author just wanted to finish. The ending is as well thought out as the rest of the book and will keep your interest until the last page drops. Reading the acknowledgement will surprise you that this is Blake’s first novel. It’s as well written as any seasoned author and I hope there are many more to come.

Choose your Friends and Vacations Wisely!

Very descriptive and well written. It made me want to go back to Hawaii. The story was gripping and imagery was on point. The twists were subtle and believable. I highly recommend reading!

You definitely want to settle into this read. It will keep you guessing until the very end. Silas is one bad dude. I wouldn’t want to be on his radar. In the end the author really surprised me on who really committed the crime. Once Detective Santos enters the scene the story truly takes off. I couldn’t put the book down. The authors ability to bring everything alive in the book is fascinating. I don’t think you will be disappointed at all!

Great read! The End of Our Stay is a very engaging read. Once I started reading it, I had a hard time putting it down. I was glued to my seat waiting to see what was going to happen next. Engaging storyline that will keep you turning page after page. Well worth the time spent reading this book.
