I can't wait to see where this story goes
This story gives us more insight into Erica and what she's been through and how she got to the non-believer status she has. I get it, and I thank you to the author for letting us know because she had some horrible experiences dealing with church pple. There's a lot of reality in it about church people and how they act and how they treat people and hurt people along the way. This story has a lot of reality about how women will hone in on one single man and do whatever they can to get close to him. It shows how women can sense a threat and act on it. I'm so disappointed in Zoe, but she's a typical woman. I like how King called her out "she would have came for.you". She's so jealous of her friend plus she dont think much of her. Surprisingly Erica was on point, showing that she is not dumb at all. Crazy thing is that Erica gave her multiple opportunities to admit that she likes king, but Zoe would not do it. I'm sorry he sinned against the Lord. I am eager to see where this story is going ,how she brings this all full circle. Apparently, this author is well versed in christianity because she is good in how she writes about it . This book is good I have to give it to her. This book is good and Erica and King are in it now, they're locked in. They both admitted that they like each other and he is locked in. He can't stay away from her now and he can't keep his hands off. It wasn't realistic to think that he could actually Not have a relationship with women but the right one walked in onto his life and turned it upside down. She wouldn't leave him alone and kept messing with him until she got in, now she is in, and he is hooked. He actually admitted that he liked her. Those other women are gonna burn up, especially Madison. Im willing to bet she was who he bumped into coming home and she probably smelled alcohol BUT there's still room for Amaya to ac up too ???? So thank you to the author. The ending, I hope, does not tell us that Erica is about to flip the script....It's time to find out what King has been keeping secret.

Locked In
The bad first: there are some short but slow moments. They feel like a tangents. I get the reason for the slow moments, but they can be boring.
The good: Everything else. This story is complex. The characters are complex. Nothing is predictable. The characters are on a true arc. Over the course of four books, so far, all of the MCs and some of the SC have changed. Some got the better and others not so much. I like that we are witnessing this slow but gradual conversion and it is interesting to see who is winning versus who is loosing. I would say this is a true morally gray story. I like it.
I don’t know if the author is getting better or if I’m just becoming adjusted to her style but the reading experience is way better.
Overall love and can’t wait for the next book.

This is a story of obsession, double standards, and the desperate urging to fulfill that need. I think the way the author is laying it out is very clever. I still think there is a supernatural aspect too cause Erica is giving succubus but I digress on that point.
The MMC has a form of OCD and everyone is ok with his compulsion as long as the object of obsession is acceptable. For King it’s religion but what was it before that? The FMC also has OCD. She desperately wants to be love/liked. If she can’t fulfill that need she moves on in search of a new source which puts her in some regretful situations. The obsession is generally not acceptable and she gets labeled as loose or a clinger.
The story is showing what happens when you give in to unacceptable desires versus when you try to fight against them.
This series is a super slow burn but it is a necessary to be slow. it wouldn’t hit the same if everything happened fast. She is building these characters brick by brick for better and worst. As a reader you can find the good and bad in all the characters introduced so far (Except Madysen ass). I really like how purposeful this series is panning out to be. The author has warned us that this will dive into a dark uncomfortable read and I’m ready for it.

This series is a must read!
I love how relatable the characters are. I know I am not without sin and Alexandria Da Great does an exquisite job demonstrating her characters in the same light. There were a couple of scenes that were almost identical to my life. I understand the struggle with temptation and trying to pray your way out and the frustration and conviction I felt when I missed the mark. These are two broken people making their way through life the best way possible in order to find their way to a better version of themselves. Well done. Ignore all negative questions.

Better and better
This story is killing me. I'm just loving the characters, dialogue, banter. I'm warming to Erica and King being together but he has some baggage like she. These two are smoky hot. Amazing chemistry. King clearly has feelings for Erica, I believe the same feelings we know Erica has for him. And that so called protectiveness he keeps saying is plain old green eyed jealousy. He is clueless! Zosha needs to step off as girl is fake.

King is obsessed
This is by far my favorite of the series. King gets down he don't play iykyk. While King is fighting his feelings for Erica and trying to rationalize his actions for Erica the ladies of the camp and church are losing their minds over King and trying to stake claims. Meanwhile King is swerving everyone to the left to obsess and stalk Erica. Madsen will be a problem i see her as stalking King and maybe one day trying to hurt Erica. Aaliyah and Josh its a wrap before it even is started. But I can't wait to see how this story unfolds because its obvious who King wants yet she tries to push him away while everyone else is chasing him even the married Madison

I can’t wait for the next installment!
This book gave me all the feels. Man, I know it’s going to get better and I can’t wait for the rest of this story. This book was hard to put down because of how good the story was. Definitely recommend. Kind and Erica are my favorites from all the stories she’s written.

lost for words…
What do I even say? The scriptures. The feeling of wanting King to experience desire and knowing it is a sin. The realization Erica is in love and King is dealing with familiarity and lust; even if that wasn’t the true intentions.

I really love how the author examines religion from multiple angles and how real some of the decisions the characters make are. The way these church people cutting up! I know they're going to show out in the next book if some of these secrets come to light.
