Finally building my arms!

I followed the 6 month workout in this book and my upper arms grew an inch in circumference. I started having trouble curling 20 pounds with a supinated grip 10 times but I can now curl 40 pounds with a supinated grip 6 times with control.

I didn't take any supplements during the 6 months so I probably wasn't eating enough protein.

I'm starting another cycle and am gonna take a mass gainer to feed my muscles.

Highly recommend this book!

Thanks, Poliquin!

My shirts aren't fitting anymore! Damn you...

Seriously, a bargain for six months of arm programming by a well known coach. Only complaint is that the workouts require a lot of equipment. You have to train at a pretty highly equipped gym. The local Y probably doesn't have everything. And don't train at peak hours because the workouts tie up several stations.

But definitely results oriented.

Great book

I can't speak for the results but the knowledge that is in the book is quite impressive. I'll see what happens after 6 months.
