My kids have always loved interactive storybooks, the kind with touch-and-feel pages, pull-tabs, etc. We also collect the LITTLE CRITTER storybooks, and JUST A SNOWY DAY is a perfect addition to our collection!

Filled with amazing touch-and-feel pages that include smooth new rubber boots, a fuzzy pompon on a winter hat, a furry lining of a winter coat, and a nice, snuggly blanket, there's plenty to choose from. What makes this book extra special are the additional interactive pages--a scratch-and-sniff mug of hot cocoa, a shower curtain to open, a sled to pull, and a wheel to make the snow fall outside.

This is a wonderful book for toddlers, and for beginning readers such as my daughter. It's a book all LITTLE CRITTER fans will enjoy and will be happy that this book has been put back into print. A real winner for everyone involved!

Every now and then you have to let your inner child come out to play. The Little Critter series by Mercer Mayer is a great way to do so. Critter is a family tradition. Older cousins in our family have passed the love of Little Critter to younger ones. Even though our kids have moved on to more mature books, we continue to collect and read them. There is something magical about reading Critter's antics and finding Mouse and Spider on each page.

A big family lunch was a perfect way to spend this snowy day and, I am glad Little Critter was able to entertain the next set of young cousins in our family.

This is a great book for a Read Aloud. The pages in the book have different textures, smells, and text that are very engaging. This book could be used in teaching a unit on weather or the five senses.

This book has been a hit with all my children. It is a great book for little ones that have a hard time sitting still for a story. They can keep their hands busy with all the pull tabs during story time.

I collect children's books and just love the Mercer Mayer books! I really like the characters and the stories always focus on one important point to make simple for children to grasp the idea. I would recommend this one for children 2-5 years old.

My oldest received this pop-up book as a gift with some snow boots from his grandmother when he was little. We read it every year. The pop up and other interactive features have seen better days, but we still enjoy it! Little Critter is always delightful.

the kids liked the interactive aspects of this book- particularly the textures to feel. The smells have since worn off on our older version, but a new one might be fun.

This is a fun one for kids because there are a variety of things to feel, pull, push...and the substory of the cat and mouse is a little extra.
