With such long hours working as an EMT, Gia's Love life seems to have been put on the back burner. Until one night working she gets call out to a restaurant where she meets a mysterious sexy stranger. Her heart skips a beat the first time she sets eyes on David. After helping her give CPR to the patient he asks her back to his place where things heat up pretty quickly and David helps her to push a few of those boundaries. Gia is confused about her feelings, She is both attracted and intimidated by him. David wants her to be his buy can she give over that much control to this man?
The storyline in this book is great for a short story. I don't usually like short stories because usually with short stories you don't get to learn enough about each of the character, But with this book you really do get to know the characters. I found both the main characters quite endearing. And Wow the sex scenes are Hot, Hot, Hot!!!!!! Great for a little teaser before bed maybe. It's made me want to want to read on.

I was very hesitant to read this when it involved people in the medical field,as an ER/trauma nurse for 21 years I'm always very critical of the portrayal of my field. So I must say that I was very disappointed that the terminology and actions of your characters were so wrong it was at first comical then frustrating. Please,next time consult someone in the medical field if you are going to write about it,and if by chance you did consult someone,please check their credentials because they cannot possibly be licensed. I do realize that this is a work of fiction and reading is for entertainment but at least a more accurate portrayal would make people connect with the characters more therefore making this storyline more enjoyable.

That’s a personal view about reading eroticas.
View of the book constitutes disgust about how sex sounds more intense when the male is in some powerful position. Why exactly?
So if this guy was simply a common man with a good-looking face and body, would the sex had been less intense?
The very fact that the sexual experience for the leading lady was out of this world was because she couldn’t believe that a guy that rich and powerful would want to fuck her, when he could get just any other girl, he chose to fuck her. This made the fucking intense, special and unique for her and the readers.
Did the author implicitly try to make it a point that the professional life of a woman comes second? You may say that she protested and stood by her will to put her work first when given the chance to skip it for fucking the rich and powerful guy. But the very fact that her inner monologue suggested that she wanted the fucking more than her work but was ‘unnaturally’, by going against her inner will, inclined more towards her work.
A woman is asked about, shown concern about her personal life if she has not one.
What about a man? Is he shown the same kind of sympathy for having no personal life? No. He is deemed as a practical, logical and reasonable person.
A woman, however, is portrayed as or looked down upon as a weakling for having to take care of herself on her own with no support in the form of a man.
A guy always has a girl, stripper or a prostitute at his back and call if he is not in love with a woman, implying he can take care of his sexual needs regardless of the fact he has not a loving woman or partner in his life.
A girl, however, has other girl friends or guy friends to tell her how she should love herself more, buckle up and get a guy to satisfy her sexual needs implying a woman is incapable of taking care of her sexual needs when she is not in love with a man because for a woman, sex is the byproduct of love and for a man, love is the byproduct of sex.
What the fuck is wrong with women’s head that they create such stories to further drill such notions in our heads?
Why is it portrayed that *at the deepest core of our female being* we want to be in control by a man who is powerful?

I read this today. I don't know why but I did, but I guess I wanted to try something new.
So it was my 1st time I read something in the erotic genre.

The story is of professionally dedicated EMTs. Two colleagues who don't have any personal life. One day one of them falls for one stranger who met her while saving someone from cardio arrest.
How dumb can be someone? Is clearly shown in this. The plot was nice but it was without any spice in it. ( i don't mean it was worst) but it wasn't surprising. Good for someone who wants to read erotic novels.

Short intro to a series, with the same characters. The h is para-medic, she's very strong and a great person. The H is brave, and she is so attracted to him that she goes home with him the first time they meet. He shows her his Dom side, and she immediately submits. It was too much, too fast for me and I didn't quite believe it enough to connect with them. Just OK
