The Grumpy Cowboy's Runaway Bride is for those who love the small town feels. The townspeople were my favorite part. Their interactions carried the story and made you fall in love with Copper Mesa. Sienna definitely fit in well and made the town and Verde better. Her bossiness was endearing instead of offputting.
I wish I had liked Beckett more. I liked his character's core, but not how it translated to Sienna. He "learned" his lesson and then did the same thing two chapters later. Honestly, people be like that sometimes, but it was hard to watch.
Overall, the story is sweet, and the MM gets his girl. Great setup for the following books. I'm looking forward to the next Carrington brother's story. I'm not a third act breakup girly, but if that's your thing, then this is for you. However, I liked that there was no grand gesture. Sometimes they fit, and I just feel like it would have been out of place here. Thankful for the opportunity to read and review!

Sienna and Beckett, two wonderful leaders characters. Sienna runs from her wedding just minutes before its to start. Beckett the quiet rancher, who takes responsibility for everything and everyone. Two people who met when her car breaksdown and he is passing by. He needs an event planner, she volunteers. I received a free copy of this book from the author and am leaving a voluntary review on my thoughts about the book. What follows is a wonderful story filled with great banter, nosy neighbors, employees and family who give their opinions and two people who can't believe the way they feel about each other, so quickly.
This was a great book and I am glad that I decided to pick it to read. The main characters have a great connection - the runaway bride and the grumpy cowboy. She sees past his grumpiness and just fits in with him, the family, and the ranch. But when her dream job opens in the city she has to really decide what she wants. Great book, hope to read more about Beckett's brothers too.
This is a runaway bride, small town story. Well-written with a lot of interesting characters, especially the townspeople. Conflict, drama, sarcasm and humor keep things interesting. Sienna's ex is a piece of work, only thinking of himself and doesn't really love her, just likes what she can do for him. Nice ending.
An entertaining and fun story. Realistic and not repetitive like some stories I have read. Thanks for the kisses and hope to see an engagement in the next book. I look forward to Wes and Holden's stories. Thanks for keeping it clean and sweet.
This was such a great new series. Not only is the story delightful, but the humor mixed with sarcasm has me laughing so hard I cried. Loved it. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
Some of the characters may overlap with other books in the series. Can be read as a standalone. Opposites attract Runaway bride Meddling matchmaking friends and family.

A laugh out loud, finding oneself in a character, waiting with bated breath for the next moment, this story had it all! First time I’ve read a novel by Chloe Haven but it will NOT be the last!
