This book is relatively well-written and was undoubtedly informative when it came out. But 30 years later, the material feels dated, and the internet has provided ample opportunities to learn about the topic in much better ways. Skip and look for better alternatives.

The #book ABC's of the Human #Mind by Reader's Digest Association was the highlight today with the morning #coffee. This book talks about the study of cognitive ability and describes the physical anatomy of the mind, how it forms personality and creativity, the cause of dreams, and related subjects. It's a must-read!
