A Toxic Friend was such an enjoyable read that kept my attention from the very beginning. The story moved at a great pace, and I was always eager to find out what would happen next.
One of the book's strongest elements was Camilla. She was written so well that I genuinely disliked her, which is a credit to the author's ability to create a compelling and believable antagonist. Characters who provoke such a strong reaction are often the most memorable, and Camilla definitely fits that description.
The plot was full of twists and turns. While I was able to predict some of them, they were still exciting to read and didn't take away from my enjoyment of the story. I also found Victoria and Reese's relationship surprisingly relatable, which added an emotional layer to the book and made me more invested in their journey.
The ending wrapped things up nicely, although it felt a little rushed. At the same time, it left me wondering what secrets the characters might still be hiding, which kept the story lingering in my mind even after I finished reading.
Overall, A Toxic Friend was an engaging and entertaining read with memorable characters, intriguing twists, and relationships that felt real. I would definitely recommend it to readers who enjoy suspenseful stories with plenty of drama and mystery.

Definitely a toxic ride.

Messy, but kept me entertained.

4.5 Absolutely fantastic. Page turner every step of the way. The characters were totally unlikable but I think that was by design.
