This was a very helpful book, unlike the ASQ handbook. It's short, packed with good information, but still an easy read.

This book is excellent and down to earth read of the process of conducting internal audits, and corrective action follow-up for the auditee. This is such a great book, Dennis hasn't changed a whole lot in the new edition. He doesn't need to. He has developed and taught the QAIP class for like the past 15 or so years.
