I loved this so much. It's a very funny, Chaplin-esque comedy at the beginning, then the satire gets more pointed, and the insanity of the characters becomes its own quirky comedic approach to (of all things) Gavrilo Princip, Nedeljko Čabrinović, and Trifko Grabež, the three assassins of the Black Hand (Црна Рука) who would kill Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo on 28 June 1914.

Joseph's new play is not quite as filled with magic and monsters as the gorgeous Describe the Night, but it approaches that play in many ways, and it is filled with some truly special theatrical moments.

By the end, I was deeply moved. (I might have been the only one in the theatre crying, but it really got me.)
