Sean Wyatt is a former government agent who is just trying to find a less stressful life until the secret service shows up on his doorstep. In The Grecian Manifesto, he travels the globe in an attempt to rescue the woman he loves while tracking down a mysterious object that may have the power to tell the future.

In The Norse Directive, Sean finds himself zipping across the world to unravel an ancient mystery with ties to one of the holiest relics in Christianity. Along the way, he encounters an evil collector who will stop at nothing to acquire what would be his most prized piece yet.

Game of Shadows sends Sean from Switzerland to South America in search of a top secret Nazi weapon that was lost during the evacuation of Germany by the German high command. But Sean isn't the only one looking for the experimental device, and if he doesn't work fast enough, it could mean the end of civilization as we know it.

˃˃˃ Interview with the author

Q: What made you want to write an international mystery series like this?

A: I grew up watching movies like Indiana Jones and The Goonies. Those movies were so fascinating to me. As a kid, I always wanted to be an adventurer that discovered ancient treasures, not for the financial wealth, but because I always thought, and still think, it must be so amazing to find something that someone left hidden hundreds or thousands of years before. At that moment, you are the first person to see that artifact in a long time. I also love suspense action fiction stories, terrorism novels and television shows, and especially enjoy a good thriller about conspiracies and secret societies. Jack Reacher, Jason Bourne, Jack Ryan, are all pulp heroes I can root for. It seemed logical to make Sean Wyatt like one of those guys, but one that also has a background in history, making him the Indiana Jones of action adventure thrillers.

Q: There are several books in the Sean Wyatt series. In what order should they be read?

A: The first three are a trilogy, but you can read them out of order if you really want to. I'd start with The Secret of the Stones and then go to The Cleric's Vault and The Last Chamber. The rest of the books in the series are stand alone novels.

Q: Why should readers check out your Sean Wyatt novels?

A: Social proof. All of the Sean Wyatt novels have been in the top ten best sellers in Thrillers and Mysteries, Suspense Thrillers and Mysteries, Historical Thrillers, and Political Thrillers.

The Sean Wyatt Thriller Box Set #4-6 - a review by Rosemary Kenny

The Grecian Manifesto

The inimitable adventure-thriller writer par excellence, Ernest Dempsey triumphs again, with his outstanding 4th Sean Wyatt experience [in the Thriller series of the same name], The Grecian Manifesto.
This time a megalomaniacal sheikh wants the Eye of Zeus that will guarantee him supremacy over a global empire unrivalled since the days of Alexander the Great.
Can Sean, Tommy and 'the kids' - Tara and Alex of Tommy's IAA organisation - thwart the Middle Eastern sociopath and save the abducted Adriana, Sean's feisty, independent (entrepreneur, who's a modern female Robin Hood with a twist), girlfriend - and the World as we know it?

The Norse Directive

The legendary Spear of Destiny - the very weapon that pierced Christ's side as he hung dying on the Cross - is the trophy that leads Sean, Tommy and Adriana, [backed by Presidential Advisor and the Director of Axis, Emily Sparks] - on a cross-continental chase to thwart the evil leader of a sex-trafficking ring's ambitions to use the Spear to gain immortality.
You'll be on the edge of your seat as you thrill to the exploits of our heroes and the villains who threaten the stability of world-wide nations...don't wait!

Game of Shadows

Nothing to do with Game of Thrones - the forces at play are far more fascinating and deadly in Ernest Dempsey's 6th book in the Sean Wyatt Archaeological Thriller series, Game of Shadows.
A horror from Nazi Germany, hidden for the safety of Mankind, Die Glocke (The Bell), has been hidden to protect the World from destruction through mind-control.
Having returned to work on a pro-tem basis for President Dawkins' covert Axis organisation, (run by Director Emily Sparks), Sean Wyatt, millionaire archaeologist and treasure-hunter agrees to Dawkins' request to locate and secure the device - but how can Sean locate the hidden location before Nazi descendants activate and refine it to seize global domination? Read this unputdownable thriller to find the answer to this and other questions you'll be dying to have answered!

An historical history mystery thriller as well as a archaeological thriller that will keep both groups turning the pages

Earnest has done it again. The novel is exceptionally well written with no obvious grammatical or spelling errors. The novel flows easily and in such away that makes the reader want to turn the next page to find out what is going to happen. The novel is packed full of action sequences. Earnest proves with every word that curse words and unnecessary sex ads nothing to a good novel except extra words. I'm ready to start his next novel with GREAT EXPECTATION.

Tension and Thrills

Sean Wyatt is a combination of James Bond and Indiana Jones is the body of a polite southern boy who is both irreverent and able to focus on how best to pursue and take out people doing evil. This book has him working for Axis a super secret US government organization small and fiercely able to make decisions and cut through red tape. I prefer the archeological work he does with his friend Tommy and each of these careers puts him in situations from which there is no escape. But Sean survives, disables or kills the bad guys and saves the innocent and sometimes the world.

Almost excellent

I really wanted to be sucked into the plot and the characters, but I kept getting distracted by throw away details. The owner of an archeological recovery corporation should be able to invest in technology that keeps the phones from getting bugged, conversations from getting eavesdropped on, and the computer system from getting hacked.
I also began to question the number of places with convenient secret back ways out.
I enjoyed the main character and will read at least the next book in the series.

The exploits of Sean Wyatt never get old.

Again the action and puzzles interspersed keep the plot interesting and exciting. The historical aspects are the best part, especially the factual history, although the fictional history is great too. Mr Dempsey knows how to tell a great story, weaving all the parts together and bringing people and places to life.

What is it?

Suspenseful story from beginning to end. Speculation as to what Nazi scientists found during WWII is interesting to say the least. Kidnapped scientist is being held for a ransom which could disrupt this world. Sean Wyatt is up to the challenge given. I look forward to more of his adventures.

Fantastic books

These three books are impossible to put down. The hero’s exploits are enjoyable and the villains are hell bent on world domination or some horrible thing. Great plots and solid reading. You can’t go wrong with these books.

Another quick read but didn't like the three books packaged together. Li

Leaving a few issues hanging is a nice touch. Makes you have to read more to see if those evil people are ever dealt with.

Three Fantastic Stories All Different

These books are just as exciting as the previous ones. All have different plots that are exciting and imaginative. I had a very hard time putting each book down every day.

I enjoyed this series. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was a little light in the quest department. Found the items too easily and also the bad guys found them too easily.

Intelligent and invigorating

As usual true history interwoven with speculation and a true hero in the age of anti heroes does not disappoint.
