I got this from the thrift. Interesting quotes from many vegetarians. The book is definitely outdated tho. Still inspiring though and cements my choice to be vegan

This was written before the internet. Still it makes a good case for Vegetarianism and there are some recipes I will try.

This book is worth the read, but even as a vegetarian I couldn't take it all seriously. It's a bit "over the top" as they say.

The second half has some great recipes.
