In 2010 Cachet officially joined the literary scene with her debut novel, You Knew Betta; which was published by Triple Crown Publications. Since then she's penned more than a dozen novels and short stories. With every story written, Cachet prides herself on keeping her stories entertaining, as well as realistic.
In 2013 Cachet graduated from the University of Phoenix with her degree in business. At the present time, she resides in Stockbridge, Georgia with her husband and four children. When she's not writing, Cachet enjoys reading, shopping, vacationing and spending time with the ones she loves.

Cachet has done it again. This book was intriguing and a page turner.i I kept waiting to see if Shaniar would finally wise up and let Terry go butttttttt. I won't tell you have to read the book at see.
Book held my attention from the beginning to the end. This book is excellent and a good read for both women and men. Has a meaning and situations for all and true events that happens. You can’t help who you fall in love with and you can’t just turn off your love like water, but you can love herself better and you do and always deserve better. I can visualize the scenes as the story unfolded. This was a very good book
This book was decent. However, I didn't really care for how the book was written. One minute the character was talking to the reader and the next minute the character was telling the story. It was very odd. I also felt like the book just kept telling the same story over and over. I probably won't read the sequel.
I saw in a Facebook group that some people had a lot to say about this title. That actually peaked my interest and I ended up purchasing the book. The title alone was enough to grab my attention. This story of Shanair and Terry is one that many people, male and female, can relate to . Either they are someone who plays/or has played the role of Shanair, Terry, Britney, Katrina, or Naomi, or they know they of someone who is in/ has been in the same position as one of these characters. As we all know, art imitates life and a lot of the events that transpired in this book are very common.
The author did a great job delivering the story from both perspectives, as it was definitely drama-filled and held my attention from start to finish. I am sure other readers found themselves frustrated with both of the main characters Shanair and Terry, as they either wanted her to leave him or him to get his act together.
I will be looking out for part II as I am anxious to see what happens next with these two! This is my first book from this author but it will not be my last.
This book was something else. Like I hated certain elements of it and I liked certain elements of it. Terry smh was a typical male that can't keep his penis in his pants. Nair is the typical chick that continues to put up with her man infidelity. The females that Terry messed with were just awful. Like he couldn't get right. The drama was entertaining but Nair was so stupid at times it didn't make sense. I totally disagreed with the notion that all women goes through this. Yea majority women go through stuff like this but all women are that broken that they stay in bad relationships. The domestic violence was a bit much for me as well. I couldn't understand her way of thinking. Some elements of the book was predictable. The editing and character development was good though. I'm not sure how I'll feel about reading a part two.
This was my first read by this author. It was enjoyable as well as relatable with the whole "been there, done that". Even still I wish we as women would not put up with so much mental, physical, and emotional abuse because of our low self esteem. If we are the main woman, there should be no disrespect coming from the side woman...but also, the main has to realize that if their man won't respect her, the side woman won't either. Nair was doing good for a moment, but the fact that she was about 3 months pregnant means she was pregnant before the breakup....she was more than likely going to backtrack eventually anyway...more drama to come in part 2...
Why must this chick be like every other chick I know, including myself??? The difference with me is ... I do not mind being by myself! I have always enjoyed my own company!
The reasoning behind my 4-Star rating is simply there was no wow-factor in this story. After it was all said and done, this crazy chick let this ashore of a man back into her life, her son's life, and her freaking bed ... why??? Where is the stamina for sticking by your word and loving yourself above all else???
I would definitely read the sequel, just to find out the events ... because I am nosey like that!!!
I have seen some weak women in my life, but Shanair is at the top of the list.I don't understand how she continues to let Terry disrespect her. There is no way in hell I would still be with him after all the stunts he pulled Shanair is either desperate for a Man, or she has low self esteem. I was extra mad after she let him weasel his way back in after the Brittney fiasco. She had all the proof of his infidelities, but she chose to stick around. And let's not talk about the domestic violence inflicted upon her. I hope Shanair wishes up in part 2.
See this is why I love reading from Cachet. This book has me from the cover to the end of the book.I loved the drama and betrayal and the secrets that came along in the book.I can't believe all the shit that Shanair put up with from Terry.I would have beat his ass and left him.But I know exactly wat she feels and goes thru cause I have been thru that with my fiancé a time or two.Damn I didn't think that Brittany was that crazy but yeah she is.And Katrina is just as baby a ratchet baby momma.I wasn't expecting that ending at all.But I knew that was the secret she had.Cant wait to get into part two
OMG, Cachet has done it yet again! When He Cheatin & You Still Love Him is a story that was not only well written but it told the story of so many women in the world. Shanair & Terry have a love hate relationship. Even though they love each other he can't stop cheating no matter what! You can tell that he really does love her but he can't control himself when it comes to other women. Maybe the age difference has something to do with it. I love the fact that Nair is strong in some aspects but in the one's that she needed to be he was definitely her weakness. I can't wait for part two!
This is book had me cussing and in my feelings cuz this chic had to be crazy in love and had severe low self esteem to put up wit da foolish of this crazy SOB!!!! why must men treat women like this and feel it's okay??? But When enough is enough and a woman get tired and its brought to her doorstep sometimes reality set in and thats what it took for homegirl to get da picture. ohhhhh but I sense that's there's more can't wait for part 2!!!! Knowing my niece and I know she's gonna, bring it in Part 2, that's why she's my favorite Author!!!!!!
This book was good and so true we as woman need to realize that we are worth so much more we deserve to be loved cherished and respected I learned that lesson and I never went back yes i would recommend this book differently
I feel bad for Shanair because I've been in her shoes before, we be loving these guys way more than we love ourselves. I can't wait for part 2, I know Katrina is gonna flip when she find out about the new babies. This book was really good...
This was a very good book. I think I enjoyed it so much because the events in the book happen everyday. This was an attention holder. I was very pleased. Can't wait to read part 2.
I guess the book shows how women can make silly decisions or silly mistakes because of love, and for that reason I don't like this book at all. I strongly dislike how shnair played the fool to many times.
I give this a five star it kept me wanting to know more great page turner im anticipating the next season book it's definitely a must read all her books are a must read great Author
This was an okay read. It started off slow in the beginning but started to pickup toward the middle. With all the cheating that Terry put Nair though I can't wait to read book 2 to find out if she takes Terry back.
She was doing so good!! It only takes that one time to slip up and he ends up back in your bed...I hope she ends up being strong like all that talk she was talking
I know how Shanair feels. Being hurt by the one u love is so painful. Some of her pain has been mines and it takes a lot of loving yourself to get over it and move on
