I feel like with every M.K. Quinn book I read I say "this was the best one yet!"... and it's always true! M.K. has really found her niche and this series always leaves me guessing. I need the next book NOW!!! :)

I love this series and this one was great. More clues about Eden's disapearance and a catfishing missing persons case. The excitement in the book was off the charts. Sloane, Ash and Theo are wonderfully blended characters carried in this series that work wonders together. Adding in the cast of characters in Buried identity you have a twist and turn story you can't stop reading. I recommend this book and series, once you start reading you will not want to put the book down.

I love love this series from book 1 . 😳 Just when I thought I had figured out where the story was going, M.K. Quinn threw another twist at me and completely changed the game. The suspense builds nicely, and once everything started coming together, I couldn’t put it down. But that ending What 😮 do you mean she told you 😱. I need book 8 now .

I've been obsessed with this series since I happened upon the first book months ago. It's so well written and has creative cases with twists to them. Nothing gory or really vividly described with crimes, which I appreciate. The characters are likeable in a flawed and realistic way. I love the author's ability to show two sides to people and sometimes it creates a juxtaposition of emotions. I thoroughly enjoy that aspect of this series.

I keep thinking I know what's going to happen with the overarching mystery and the author keeps throwing twists at me. Not sure how it will end but I'm confident it will be something to talk about. The ending on this book, wow. I need the next book yesterday. I was fortunate enough to receive an advanced copy of this book. I've been obsessed with this series for months. It's such an interesting read. I am counting down until the next book.

I enjoyed reading this book. It is about a missing woman who disappears while on a trip to Louisiana to meet a boyfriend that she met over the internet. The secondary story about the disappearance of Sloane's friend, Eden continues with new information.

I thought that the author did an excellent job describing the temperature, characters and surroundings. I could picture them in my mind as I was reading. She held my interest by making me wonder what happened to the missing woman. The suspense builds as the investigation continues until the missing person case is resolved with a surprise ending.

If you like books with lots of suspense and surprise endings, you may want to read this one.

Sloane is always on the case, and you know she won't stop until she succeeds.

This time, a woman's best friend goes missing, and Sloane can't say no, especially since she's still searching for answers about Eden.

Speaking of Eden, we're getting so close to the end of that mystery!

I am thoroughly enjoying the Sloane Merritt Mystery series. The stories keep moving, and the suspense continues to build.

I've also enjoyed the growing bond between Ash and Sloane and, of course, the relationship between Sloane and Theo.

As always, I really enjoyed Buried Identity, latest book in the series of Detective Sloan. Her case this time is a woman, who's best friend reports her missing. Her search for Eden, her childhood best friend, who went missing 20 years ago has taken a big step into solving the mystery of what happened to her. It left me with the biggest cliffhanger so far. Maybe next book we'll have the answer?

This was such a good installment of the Sloane Meritt series! I was on the edge of my seat and finished in 24 hours!

The mystery itself was great, plus there was a trip to New Orleans involved. Even better, we get closer to solving the ultimate mystery—Eden!
